Not sure where her usual dentist went, today was Dr Shalini Patel and she was so cold and in a hurry. She just poked around my daughter’s teeth and told me she has a cavity. No further explanation. No X ray. She took us to the front and they didn’t even finish up her cleaning. They supposed to apply something at the end after the doctor, then we just go send away. I don’t feel good about this visit at all. The front desk seem impatient as well. Today’s visit was so much worse than the previous ones.

We were unhappy with our original dentist and thankfully found Bright Smiles. Dr Shalini and her staff were exactly what we were looking for. Great bedside manner, friendly, and patient. Highly recommend!

We decided to leave these people. First we were scheduled in 2 different locations and I was getting sent bills because one 1 place took his insurance ?‍♀️. Whatever so we scheduled at the right place the last time since they couldn't seem to schedule us correctly I made sure. Our last visit was horrible. She barely looked at his teeth she barely talked to him and got him involved. He is almost 4 so only had a couple of visits to the dentist and was still nervous. We were in and out the last visit in like 10mins. She brushed them and sent us off. So I explored another dentist and took him just 2 months after the last visit here. They showed him the gadgets, had TVs for him to watch, talked to him and let him know what they were doing. He had no problems with them checking out his teeth or cleaning. Also found out he is TONGUE-TIED AND MISSING A TOOTH!!!! Now how the hell does a dentist do this and miss things like this??!!?! I asked and his new dentist said obviously this did not just happen and he has had his teeth for years. How did they not see or mention this at any of his old visits??? Please people I suggest you get a second opinion just to make sure these people are really doing their jobs. They really do not seem to know what they are doing or at least think because they are kids they can get away with things. My son is 4 and never had x-rays done which he needs to find out what's up with the missing tooth. They are lucky I did not pay them money I wish our insurance never wasted their money either. I will be reporting them with a note from the new dentist stating the OBVIOUS things they missed. Never again
