I had a wonderful experience at bright smiles! All of the staff were so kind and attentive. My treatment was fast and painless. I got an implant for a tooth i had been missing for 4 years and now I can’t stop smiling. Dr.ROUHANI is an expert at what he does and really cares about his patients. Can’t say enough about this place. Thank you for bringing my smile back!

Staff was impatient, Dr couldn’t give me the time of day the ,billing director didn’t know anything about my plan or how much I was going to pay ,gave me an attitude and blamed it on it was the end of the day, became a new patient and decided not to go back anymore will be taking me and my broken tooth elsewhere. Only People that were nice was the front desk receptionist and the dental hygienist that did my cleaning . Crazy part is that in the new patient packet they make you fill out they ask you how to make you feel comfortable and I said be patient and they had none.🤌🏾🤦🏾‍♀️

First time patient and actually it was a consultation inquiring about Invisalign. Dr Ham was so down to earth and direct. Andrea (hygienist?) was also very down to earth. I booked a cleaning bc I felt very welcomed. Thanks!
