Bright Smiles Family Dentistry

Not a fan of going to the dentist but this team makes my experience so pleasant. Found this office during a Covid dental emergency and I’ve been with them ever since. My hygienist is the absolute best. She’s gentle but amazing at what she does and Dr. Rouhani has done all my major work and the best and what he does. I would and already do refer anyone I know to them.

After arriving at my appointment I spent very little time waiting. The receptionist was pleasant ? and friendly. My dental hygienist was very friendly, attentive to my needs, and efficient in her work. The doctor came in for a quick visit and was quite friendly. My overall experience was a good one.

Today, Omar, had a regular cleaning at Bright Smiles. I am his grandmother and Omar has some medical issues but Sandy is quite a charm, she understands Omar's condition and she takes every precaution to keep him safe. I would never take him to any other dentist. I truly trust the team at bright smiles. Thank you, For being so caring Michele Curtis

I really enjoyed everything about this dentistry. Many people are nervous when it comes to seeing a dentist. However, Bright Smile has a way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They make you feel important and feel confident about the questions you may have concerning your dental needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you don’t have a family Dentistry, you must check out Bright smiles in Garner. They are always happy and make you really feel like family! They make sure that you leave with your teeth just shining, and if you have any issues with your teeth are willing to fix the issue that hurting. They also do an awesome job with implants! Highly recommended Dentistry!

I had a wonderful experience at bright smiles! All of the staff were so kind and attentive. My treatment was fast and painless. I got an implant for a tooth i had been missing for 4 years and now I can’t stop smiling. Dr.ROUHANI is an expert at what he does and really cares about his patients. Can’t say enough about this place. Thank you for bringing my smile back!

Staff was impatient, Dr couldn’t give me the time of day the ,billing director didn’t know anything about my plan or how much I was going to pay ,gave me an attitude and blamed it on it was the end of the day, became a new patient and decided not to go back anymore will be taking me and my broken tooth elsewhere. Only People that were nice was the front desk receptionist and the dental hygienist that did my cleaning . Crazy part is that in the new patient packet they make you fill out they ask you how to make you feel comfortable and I said be patient and they had none.🤌🏾🤦🏾‍♀️

First time patient and actually it was a consultation inquiring about Invisalign. Dr Ham was so down to earth and direct. Andrea (hygienist?) was also very down to earth. I booked a cleaning bc I felt very welcomed. Thanks!
