Aug 06, 2024 · Rupa RathodMy appointment was at 10:30am, I walk in on time I drive from Orange County drove 1hr&25 mins. I had to make accommodations to attend, I tell them I really need to be out on time because of my work schedule and they said they are backed up??? how is it that they are backed up if they started at 10am ??? Now I have to wait until 11:10am to be seen and will be late to work because,They want to overbook thier schedule. This is absolutely ridiculous. Wait time is always horrible at this place.
