First visit new patient took 2 and half hours just for X-rays and exam . I was left in room for a hour before anything was done , I didn't get any cleaning , the scheduling the appointment was even more difficult . I was told I was not assigned to the office , through my insurance and I was . I had to call a rep from my Insurance company , just to call the dental office to confirm I was. Overall headache just to get a visit to this dental office .
