Genuine and warm customer service from start to finish. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 5 years and was shaking like a leaf with anxiety but 5 minutes into my visit, I could tell there was nothing to be scared of here. I had the pleasure of speaking with Office Manager Mirtha, who was so reassuring and thorough with explaining my out of pocket cost. Dr Ben Nguyen and his Dental Assistant (I didn’t catch his name) were so gentle and checked on me frequently. My cavity was deeper than we originally thought and I loved that Dr Ben stopped to explain to me and show me on the screen exactly what he was seeing. I now have absolutely ZERO anxiety about coming back to this office. I’ll never go anywhere else for my dental work! Thanks so much Dr Nguyen and team!!
