I had to return three different times to get my services wrapped up, and still didn't get a decent cleaning. First, they scheduled me with a dentist on a day when there were no hygienists to do cleanings. I asked to remove built-in hardware and the dentist said they'd remove it with the cleaning. Then I had to return for the cleaning, but then no dentist would remove the hardware at that time because they "didn't want to step on the other doctor's toes." But more importantly, the hygienist appeared to use scare tactics to try to justify a "deep clean" with a laser service (she told me that I had gingivitis and root decay, which was in contradiction to what the dentist told me and also not true when I was having no issues beyond my hereditary gum recession), and then did the worst "cleaning" I have ever had. I could still feel the plaque on my teeth when she said she was finished and tried to schedule another appointment before the laser. I ended up realizing I was being scammed in the chair and told the hygienist that I decided not to do the laser treatment, to which she replied "Whatever." Lastly, I spoke with the manager who was friendly, but she said that when I came back to get the hardware removed by the original dentist, that the dentist would do the cleaning and does a great job. The dentist removed the hardware but told me that he "doesn't usually do cleanings," scraped at one area I complained about, and I still didn't get a comprehensive cleaning. Unfortunately, my dental insurance only covers this BrightNow chain, and they all have this corporate model of inconsistent hygienists with contracted dentists. I really need to go back for another cleaning as I didn't get a good one to begin with, but just can't bring myself to schedule with them again. I think I will cancel my dental insurance and just pay out of pocket for cleanings at a reputable clinic.

I'm so happy I tried this dental office! It's such a gamble, wondering if you will choose a good place from the list that your insurance company gives you. I was impressed with everyone from the Receptionist, to X-ray tech, to Hygienist, to Dentist. All of them were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, and good at their individual jobs. As someone with TMJ, women with small hands are a major bonus for me. So far I only had an exam, x-rays and cap replaced, but I was very impressed.

So far so good. Had a deep cleaning at Bright Now for the first time. The hygienist was thorough and quick. I felt good about how I felt when I left even though it wasn't a pleasant experience but that goes with the territory. I'll be going back in 4 mo. as prescribed. The staff was friendly, the office was clean.

Everyone that works here is so kind and friendly. I had a horrible experience at a different dentist, and I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Sahoun and her team. They are great with my whole family, and I don’t feel like they are pressuring us to do unnecessary procedures like experienced elsewhere.

My husband and I went in to get a checkup and plan for what he would need done. They were very nice and helpful. They made a plan out for us that was explained amazingly and very detailed. The people there have a lot of experience being very honest with us as well!

I am giving two stars because the front office and dental staff were great. Truly. It's the billing department that I am still struggling with. No matter how many times I call, they can't seem to send my insurance provider with the documentation they need to reimburse them for the billing. I have been back and forth and even had a three-way call. And still I got a bill for the amount I should not be responsible for--I have already all that I was responsible for. Yes, I signed off on the paperwork because my insurance hasn't failed me up until now. It's beginning to feel like fraud and a legal situation. Take or leave it. I have been tracking all conversations, I have the names of people I spoke to, and I am fortunate enough to have a family of attorneys who are helping me through this. Take notes. Document, take badge numbers do what you need, just in case this happens to you. Better Business Bureau, here I come.
