Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics

Incredibly disorganized and mismanaged practice. I have had 3 appointments with them and 2 of them have been canceled and been forced to reschedule, causing me issues with work and having to take extra time off to accommodate THEM. First they send me for a root canal and schedule me for the crown fitting on the Thursday at 9am before a holiday weekend, they are closed on Friday. That morning at 8am they call me to tell me they have to reschedule me due to the doctor having a 'family emergency ' turning their 4 day holiday weekend into a 5 day weekend. They reschedule me and after the fitting they tell me it will be 2 weeks before the permanent crown will arrive and they schedule me accordingly. As I am driving to that next 12pm appointment, they call me at 1150 to advise they still don't have the crown, as the UPS truck hasn't been to their office yet....supposedly UPS comes at 10am according to them but they waited until 1150 to call me. As I'm 2 traffic lights away I decide I will still go and see if the truck and crown arrive while I'm there. At 1215 UPS arrives with nothing to drop off. They then tell me I have to wait 6 more days as they won't have a doctor in the office until the following Monday, so I just have to wait and take time off from work AGAIN for this. If I weren't already stuck waiting for this crown I would never come back....and unless their are any issues with the crown after it is put in I will NEVER work with this practice again.....and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else....like I said disorganized and mismanaged.

Finding a reliable dentist and hygienist might be difficult for people like me. It took a while, but I discovered that the team here at Bright Now exceeded my expectations. The ladies up front are extremely helpful, and the hygienist Brandey knows what she's doing and is extremely courteous and adequate. I've been coming here for a year and will not go anywhere else. I'm glad to have found new people at Bright Now!

When I called this place to see if they took my insurance and to get an appointment, this woman was rude as heck. Her name was Ray. Don’t need to be so rude.

What a great experience I had at Bright Dental! The customer service was wonderful from all involved. Very kind and warm staff - and extremely professional. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Everyone was very nice, from the front desk girls, to the Xray tech and the Dentist. Dr. Hughes was patient with my concerns, gave me a very detailed information on my dental needs. I will not go anywhere else.

I was scared coming being that I had not seen a dentist in 10 years so I knew it was going to be bad. They put me at ease over the amount of care that was needed. They were wonderful and understood my dental phobia. I know I'll be in the best hands anytime I go in to this office.
