Doctor VU and dental hygienist Brandy are awesome! I am so comfortable with the with the people in this office and confident that they will take good care of my teeth, that I drive thirty five minutes past about five other dental offices to get here.! It is totally worth the drive. Thank you Bright Now Dental!

When I called to make appointment, I explained the problem, I was told no problem. When I checked in at the appointment I explained the situation, not a word was said. They gave me a paper to sign to charge my insurance $40 something for the visit. They took me to the x-ray area. I have a full upper implant and I needed an upper plate replaced, it had partially broke. The girl took 2 x-rays with a small plate for like a bad tooth? Of course it showed nothing. She got the dentist to come and look, I explained to her what my problem was, she told the girl to do a full mouth scan and left. They then took me to an exam room where I waited awhile. The dentist came in and looked in my mouth and looked at the x-ray, and after all that, and over an hour there, and the charge to my insurance, she told me "we don't do that type of work". I feel like this was a total scam, period!

I went in with a broken crown and was examined and had corrective work started. Dr. Baghari listened to my history, concerns and was attentive to all my needs. Like most people I’m apprehensive about dentists but this appointment was absolutely painless.

It was my first time here at bright now dental and it was the best expression I ever had from a dentist office very friendly and worked so well together the whole team was amazing!!!! My new teeth cleaning hygienist Brandy is amazing. I don’t think my teeth ever felt this good out of all the cleanings I’ve had ! she was very nice and good at her job This is my new home for teeth cleaning and Dentist needs. ???

Helpful and knowledgeable, efficient team. Took my 95 year old mother here, and they were all very engaging, kind and accommodating of her needs (mobility issues). Dr.Vu and his Assistant took good care of her. She was expecting to give up another tooth, but Dr Vu recognized that it wasn’t necessary and it was one of the few actually useful ones she had. He took some measures to help it heal, and so far so good. One last thing, the place is clean, open and spacious, and everyone seems happy to be there. If I were to suggest one improvement, it might be to install a door opener for the wheelchair bound. It’s not common, but just a suggestion.

One of the better dentist I’ve seen in my entire existence! I saw the women dentist and she was amazing! I got a tooth pulled and I hate hearing it while it’s getting pulled well she did such a phenomenal job I didn’t hear anything! The receptionist was nice and explained everything about billing in a way people can understand, the lady who took my X-rays was very kind! This will be my new dentist! Tuesday I went in my 2 year old left his toy truck and when I went back in Thursday they had it up front and saved it for me! Great customer service!!

Dr. Bita Vagari and her associates were very professional. The outcome of my procedure was excellent. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed with information to make a decision. Everything was explained thoroughly. I trust her judgment.

All was good until i was told i had to get a "deep cleaning" of my teeth. They refused to do a normal, insurance covered cleaning. This was not covered by insurance so out of pocket cost. Not cheap. I feel it's my right to have a normal cleaning. I should have the choice. They themselves said my teeth were in good shape so why wont they do a regular cleaning? They were good to send my xrays and other exam info to me. I had another dentist review the xrays and info. He said no need to do deep cleaning. My take is this was their way to make money on Medicare patients. Not cool imho. Im seeking another dentist who is ok w doing insurance covered regular cleaning. A waste of their time and mine.
