Very nice and professional personnel. The doctor explained in detail the treatment. They have financial options. Bring a sweater because it's a little cold and you will spend some time there.

The great thing about Bright Now is that they take just about all insurance plans. The first experience was not all that good but now that they have Christian’s as the dental assistant it was a very pleasant experience. She was courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended

Really bad outcome!!!!! Arrived at the Osceola Bright Now Dental office with horrible pain, was referred by Dr Gonzalez to a specialist Endodontics Dr Amir, which performed a root canal on tooth # 19 by removing bridge priorly installed By Dr Rivera at Bright Now Dental Waterford. Dr Amir after performing root canal, explained that the bridge was filtering and that was the main reason for my tooth getting rotted and infected under bridge. So I went back to Dr Gonzales, to get my tooth taken care of until I figured out my expenses, so I could fix the horrible damage Bright Now Dental had caused!!! Dr Gonzalez refused temporary treatment unless I pay for the whole procedure at once!!!! I felt that I was being pushed to a corner and not cared for, like at a car dealer. She clearly explained that she wouldn’t do a temp crown, unless I would pay almost $9,000.00 for the whole job. Dr Gonzalez Sent me on my way with a temp filling performed by my root canal specialist!!!!By the way, I do have all written estimates and pertinent documentation. Thanks for nothing Bright Now Dental and especially thank you for making me feel not cared for!!!!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!!

I don’t like going to the dentist at all, From the time I walked I felt super comfortable the office was clean. Brinda checked me in she was so friendly, the Dr is patient and kind. I will definitely recommend this office to everyone!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment. Fabio was not only professional but also very thorough in his work. He took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process and answered all my questions with great patience. My teeth feel incredibly clean, and I appreciate the care and attention he gave during the appointment. The people working there are courteous and treat you nice. But you can feel her billing office is just trying to rip u off. The fact that they refuse to complete a basic cleaning because according to then, I should get a more advance cleaning. Even though I told them I just need the basic one.

Ask Gabriel seven times to speak to billing and they never did he promised me they will call me the never did please be careful with this company strictly fraud wrongdoing nicollet when you transfer to another doctor they don't want you to deal with another sister company. Very careful do not go here I strongly suggest
