Really great experience with this dental office. I have a huge fear of the dentist and haven't been in over a decade. Everything from making my appointments to picking up my mouth guard has been easy. Thank you to the team for treating me so well.

Wonderful experience with all the staff. Today had a lengthy appointment and the assistant Anahelina and Dr Hertzel and they were wonderful. Caring and patient with all my issues. I've been coming here since June and have returned due to the kindness and respect from all the staff...Thank you!!

⚠️ WARNING! ⚠️ I came here to get my teeth checked as I was having severe pain. They found out that I need my wisdom tooth pulled out. The lady doctor they helped me told me she couldn't remove the tooth as I needed to have a bone graph put in or else she couldn't help me. I was being pushed to accept that treatment in order for me to have any work done. Despite the pain I was having I was decline services and she ended up telling that she can't remove the wisdom tooth without putting that bone graph in. They also told me that I needed a root canal on my front tooth because it has a cavity. I ended up going to another dentist as I needed immediate care since I was in so much pain. The other doctor told me that I DID NOT NEED a root canal on my front tooth and that I also didn't need a bone graph on my wisdom teeth. I could of lost my whole front tooth just because they want to charge ? to my insurance!!!!? They wanted to max out my dental benefits. Please browse around for prices before coming here. I hate that they refused to help me relief my pain. Before I left, I asked so you can't remove the tooth even if I am in pain she then said, "It not infected so I can't remove it." She was trying to gaslighting me, ⚠️ be careful!!!! Especially if you've had bad experiences with dentists.

The only thing is the waiting time, understanding you only have one doctor at that location, other than that doctor was very helpful, front desk staff very professional, and them of course the dental assistants were very professional too. They need to add another doctor in that office ASAP

The wait was over an hour from my appointment. I even asked the front desk that I had an appointment and not a walk in. She said well ya it is this way. Will not be coming back! Hope they fix their appointment times. Because people was in as a appointment and still was waiting for 2 hours….

Not a good experience. Cold feeling in office. Doctor not very attentive nor available for questions. Laundry itemized list of potential things to be done. Excessive supplemental cost, non attractive, cold feeling, and very unattractive uncomfortable exam room. Will not be returning, cancelling my family members appt, and going to another dentist. Not a good experience overall.
