Bright Now! Dental

I absolutely love this office! I had initially gone for my braces but after a poor relationship with my previous dental office, switched all my dental care to Bright Now. Definitely was the best decision I made! The entire staff is friendly courteous and professional! Not only have I experienced cosmetic but also routine as well as oral surgery, Rosani at the front desk is very helpful, professional and personable, I HIGHLY recommend this office for all your dental needs!!

I have not been to a dentist in so long and was terrified about going. My past activities have not led to a beautiful mouth! So I was feeling bad about going but I had to. The staff and dentist were so friendly and made me feel so welcome and they did not judge me at all. They were very encouraging and I left feeling so much better. I couldn't have picked a better dentist to visit and want to say thank you for making me feel comfortable and welcome! I appreciated all of y'all.

I love this mesa location. The staff its very friendly from the desk to the doctors. I had my braces put here and I love how friendly all are. Specially Veronica and Dr. Jones. Veronica does my adjustment and she it's very patient and takes time to make sure that everything it's ok. I never had any problems in this office.

I'm so disappointed with this place. The Staff here is so bad that my daughter cried with how she was treated when she was getting her braces here. One lady here was so bad..not only attitude but her job performance was rough & rude that we had to complained to the manager. When we left we were assured that she wasn't going to work with us again...but today my daughter went back for her follow up and the same lady was working on her again. The excuse was that.."They are short staffed". NO EXCUSE. Customers drive business so I sure hope this helps anyone looking for a good dentist, when choosing a place to go. Avoid this place. If management truly had the best intentions and to run a good friendly business, there shouldn't be people like this person on staff. It reflects so bad on a business. I love this dentist office! Everyone is very professional and super friendly! Dr. Chow is also very professional, super friendly and is very gentle while checking my teeth. I feel EXTREMELY comfortable at this office!! :) A BIG thank you to everyone for caring about your patients and their dental health!
