Went there today with my family for the first time. The assistants and receptionist were nice but the dentist was rude. She accused my partner of smoking weed even after my partner said she did not and she actually doesn't. She also chipped one of my partner's front tooth. She did my cleaning in such a rush that she forgot the last step which is to put fluoride to seal my teeth. I never had a gap between my front bottom teeth and now I do. My son also now has a gap on his front top teeth too. I do not recommend this dentist and I will definitely not be back.

Sometimes you don’t really know you’ve had a bad experience at the dentist, until you go to an actual dentist, that cares about their patients. Did a cleaning, subpar work. Had a cavity that wasn’t recognized. Just general patients are numbers type of practice here. I’d recommend family dentistry over chain ones.

I went there to fix crown that broke , they said they will send authorization to insurance. After I contacted my insurance and was advice that this office has not even told them which tooth needs a crown so it was denied , they supposed to resubmit but lied they did I am waiting 3 months for a crown on the bite side so can’t eat without it . This office is unprofessional and if they can’t do simple task like this they imagine what they will do to your mouth. I would not go there

I’ve been looking for a good dental office and this one definitely is worth the visit! Sarah at the front desk helped me not only with my appointment but with understanding my insurance because I honestly didn’t know half of what was going on. She even wrote it out with a complete breakdown and was just pleasant and helpful in general! The sweetest lady! The dental assistant was sweet and knowledgeable and the dentist was awesome too! Def recommend for anyone looking for all around better experience

First off i drive 1 1/2 hrs to come to this dentist and let me say that the front office staff are super nice and helpful. They make you feel extremely welcome and answer any questions you may have. The dentist is very knowledgeable and super nice. She's probably one of the nicest dentists I had in a long time. She does not force you to get stuff done that you don't want and she works with you. However, one of her assistants is very rude and pushy, she does not care about the patient at all. She was hurting me during an xray and I needed a min to take a break and she gave me an attitude multiple of times. I have severe TMJ and my mouth hurts and I explained that a multiple of times and she kept pushing and getting ruder and ruder to the point that I know longer wanted to sit there. I wanted to get more work done that day but I couldn't be around her for how she made me feel. I gave the office 5 stars still because I bad apple does not ruin the whole tree. I will continue to go there but have requested a different assistant. Thank you to those that were nice to me.
