A very excellent experience and education on oral care by Patricia. Very professional and a good listener who equally explained and educated me on a variety of important oral health tips. Dr. Mukka is very personable, and detailed and spells out a comprehensive oral protocol. A very positive experience and a very clean work environment.

I’ve been a patient of Brier Creek Dental for almost 4 years now. This practice serves 3 generations of women in my family. Myself, my daughter who is 13 and my mother who is 70. Dr. Jones is wonderful and the entire staff are very professional with warm personalities. Leaving my dentist on Long Island was very devastating for me. I am grateful to have found a trusted professional in Dr. Jones. He has a warm spirit and the best bedside manner. I have visited with other dental offices in the area and none compare to Brier Creek. Everyone who works here is excellent. From reception, to hygienist Anais, Bailey, to Eddie in billing. I recently took my mother here who had not been to the dentist in a few years and was nervous. Dr. Jones was very gentle, took his time discussing his recommendations for her with me and I really appreciated that. Many people don’t love going to the dentist, but I look forward to my scheduled cleanings.

She explained each step of the cleaning process, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Dr. Jones was thorough and knowledgeable, addressing all my concerns with patience. Overall, the combination of a friendly staff, a top-notch facility, and the exceptional care provided by Anahi made this visit a truly positive experience. At Brier Creek Dental at 7841 Alexander Promenade Place in Raleigh NC is always on time and check you in 30 secs. Bridget and Hayworth and Eddie are the best and is very sanitary and friendly. I asked if I could get something else done at the last minute and since they had the time they did which we helped me a-lot. They also told me how much it would cost before so that it wouldn’t be any surprises. Talk you through every step so that you know exactly what they are doing at all times. They even asked me if I wanted at blanket because she saw that I was cold.

As a previous dental assistant- I would highly recommend this office. My daughter needed some extractions of 2 baby teeth and I broke a tooth and needed a crown and we were accommodated rather quickly and believe it or not I was able to get my crown the same day! Very well mannered team and they are fun! Will definitely be going back.

Dr. Seth Jones and the team were, as always, fantastic. The office was clean and modern, and everyone was friendly and professional. Best dental team. I highly recommend them.
