The new dental hygienist was friendly but managed to hurt me and gag me several times. She did the cleaning differently than I’d ever experienced. I mentioned discomfort, but she kept explaining it away. I’m familiar with how wonderfully my cleanings have gone for many years prior, so this was a complete departure for this practice.

They have been my Dentist since 2006. I have now moved 50 miles away, BUT they will be my Dentist forever. Dr. Merritt is THE Best, and Terry is my forever hygienist. The entire staff is friendly and Very Caring. Going to the Dentist is never fun, they make it extremely manageable. Thanks Guys.

I bounced around from dentist to dentist before I found Dr. Cox and his wonderful dental hygienists. Now I've been with him and his team for over 6 years now! They're hands-down the best dentistry team I've ever had in my nearly 50 years. Even more, he's among the very best *health professionals* I've been so lucky to work with, as well. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a very gentle, careful dentist. I tell everyone looking for a dentist to GO SEE DR. COX!

Each appointment is so enjoyable! I know, I used to dislike going to the dentist as a young person, but now it is a comfortable visit each time. I have recommended Dr. Merritt to my friends and they agree that he and his staff are wonderful!

Dear Dr. Merritt I got to know you 22 years ago. I was a young emigrant from a ex communist country. At the time you learn I didn’t have the full amount for the require procedure but you did it anyway fact that impressed me very much. I thought I found a doctor that actually cares for the people. Today I was contacted by your staff this morning before my appointment telling me that they cannot perform my regular dental cleaning because I didn’t get my deep cleaning first at an orthodontist office. This procedure was $1800 amount that I can’t afford at the moment due to hardship of this communist administration. I just couldn’t believe my ears. I told the lady I can do the regular cleaning until I get the chance to have the other cleaning done. Desk lady said I am asking for a band aid at a hart surgery. ( kind of insulting my intelligence). I don’t mean this to be a bad review but I didn’t know how to contact you directly. To prove no hard fillings my wife went away with her cleaning today. Sincerely, Sorin I was back at this office yesterday after 1 year absence. As I was expecting all went great just as before. My hygienist lady was nice professional and skilled I didn’t feel a thing during and after cleaning. Thank you Dr. Merritt!
