Bridge City Smiles Family Dental

Before you read the bad reviews, you should consider my honest review about this dentist! First, I’ve been coming to this dentist all the way from Tigard because it’s that good! Both Dr. David and Michael are great and knows how to treat and take care of his patients. My 8 year old son has no problem of coming to the dentist either! All the staff are great and very friendly. I NEVER had scheduling issues and have rescheduled no problem. Don’t just read the bad reviews and check out Bridge City Smiles! You won’t regret it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kim for years and I always receive exceptional service. The staff are so kind and welcoming. They truly treat you like family. Dr. Kim and his assistants always take the time to explain each step of the procedure, ensuring I feel informed and at ease. The appointments run smoothly. I can confidently recommend this practice to anyone in search of a professional and caring dental practice!

Very cavity filling happy. What they recommend is not always necessary, other dentists won't say the same. Get a second opinion. It seems BCS just wants money. They also over booked an appointment I had made 6 months in advance and I could not find another time to come in because of work.

I had put off getting some work done and needed a new dentist. I read reviews and decided to call BC Smiles, everyone I've talked to and interracted with has been incredibly friendly. They were able to get me in quickly, even offering same day. Gabi is an amazing hygienist, calming and professional, she talks you through it all. Dr. Mike was great and able to answer all my questions thoroughly. I didn't feel judged. Kaoma was also friendly, clear and quick with my dental care plan. I'm very happy I found them!

I've been coming to Bridge City Smiles for a few years now and have always had a great experience with Dr. Kim and his wonderful staff. The service is top-notch and Dr. Kim has an excellent sense of humor to take the edge off of visiting the dentist (not an easy thing to do). I've been recommending Dr. Kim to friends and family for some time now but never felt a need to leave a review until I learned a former intern recently left a nasty review telling folks not to come to Bridge City Smiles. While I don't know what happened during their working relationship, I can understand why this individual was let go. During my last cleaning, the intern was shadowing the dental assistant but was unable to conduct any of the tasks without error and had to apologize every few minutes for making multiple mistakes. I could sense the assistant was getting frustrated but I didn't think anything of it at the time as I understand young people need time and experience to develop their craft. However, I was shocked to see such a lengthy and resenting review about Dr. Kim's lack of communication when the intern said no more than a few words during my entire visit. Long story short, don't believe everything you read from disgruntled former staff members and go visit Dr. Kim at Bridge City Smiles...you'll be happy you did :)
