I just want to come on here and say that the lady on the phone was very helpful. I had so many questions and she answered every single question I had. I believe her name is Diana. This office is very nice and understanding. The staff is very welcoming and the CS is 100%!!! Definitely will recommend.

I just got a molar implant, the procedure went through impeccable, I did not feel nervous because I know that I’m in good hands. She is a nice doctor, doing her job with an utmost care and responsibility. The team at Brident Walnut is perfect with front desk service and dental assistance. I really appreciate. I wish Dr Chung Heo stays with that office because it’s only five minutes from my house!

We were the first patients and we were on the door waiting to them to open and the dental assistant didn’t say good morning. after that we wait on the waiting room for like 40 minutes and they said they couldn’t see us because the front desk lady didn’t show up to work and they don’t have any one to help them.
