In summary, my experience at Brazos Valley Periodontics Center was outstanding. The combination of a skilled, caring team, advanced technology, and a warm environment makes this practice a gem in the dental community. I left the clinic with a great deal of respect and appreciation for the team. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality periodontal care.

Upon meeting Dr Seale I was impressed with him enough to schedule a rather invasive and expensive procedure. However, a few weeks later when I had some additional questions. I called the office on 4 separate occasions and was told by the receptionist that I would get a call back. It never happened. I lost confidence in the care I would receive after the procedure and began looking for another doctor. Someone interested office is trying to sabotage his practice.

Dr. Seale and his staff are sincere and very knowledgeable with a great track record of taking excellent care of their patients in the Bryan/College Station area. Oral surgery is a difficult thing to go through, and Dr. Seal makes that process easy to understand in a very caring and experienced way. Follow-up was very thorough and I appreciate the flexibility...and his front office staff was also helpful in dealing with my payment and insurance company!

I had one of my front teeth implant done at Dr. Seale’s office. It was a great experience! My surgery and recovery went really well, and my communication with him and his staff has been very pleasant too. I highly recommend Dr. Seale for those who need periodontics treatment. Below is a quick summary of my experience. On my first visit, Dr. Seale carefully evaluated my dental situation, explained the procedure, timeline, and what to expect with great detail and patience. I took the implant surgery on my second visit. The entire process went very smoothly with minimal discomfort, almost as little as getting a tooth extraction. There was almost zero swelling after the surgery, no bleeding, and very minimal oozing for the next few days. I stopped my pain meds on the 4th day after the surgery and felt almost no discomfort since then. Because I need to relocate to another city soon, Dr. Seale had me come in one month after the surgery for my post-operational exam. Everything looked good, healing went well. At the end of the visit, he again carefully explained all the information needed for me to get the rest of the procedure done in another city with a different doctor. Again, I highly recommend Dr. Seale and his staff, they are great!

I'm sure Dr Seale is very skilled as a dentist, however recently the staff has proven themselves to be very unhelpful and unresponsive with billing and scheduling concerns. They don't seem to have an awareness or care for the fact that the process of getting dentures is thousands of dollars so as a customer it's really import for us to make sure the billing is correct, and that there's no duplication of procedures and charges, or unneeded procedures. Emails go unanswered, billing conversations are combative, the representatives seem surprised that we balk at another $4000 for something that seems like it might not be needed. I've sent 3 emails since last Friday and not one has been answered. Maybe it's something endemic to the dental industry, but you would think that maybe there would be a little more respect for the the customers time and money. I mean, think about it. If you spend over $10k on a cruise or at a hotel they give you concierge treatment and take the time to address concerns. But dentistry, or the medical community writ large? Nah, it's just numbers.
