Brace Busters

I was referred here by my insurance as they are in network but I used to bring my kids to the cavity busters in south Philly for years then switch as I moved out of Philly. I had no complaints about office’s staff, scheduling, courtesy and professionalism then and now and thought I would in the future as they pride themselves in their profession; Sara the insurance coordinator was very helpful assisting me with insurance company on a minor issue. My son, Cece is scheduled for braces soon, he is very excited.

So I go here and the staff be a hit or miss. One time they were talking about my mother in the back when we could clearly hear her while scheduling my next appointment. Then another time I come in for my brace busters appointment, mind you I’m a kid and it’s my first time coming in by myself so I go to the front to sign in because I thought that’s what I was supposed to do but there was a break sign on the window. I wasn’t sure what to do so I stood out there waiting until the ladies were done talking cause I thought they would address me but instead they talk amongst themselves and one of the ladies say “there’s a sign right there”. So I just sat down but they could’ve said something instead of acting like I wasn’t there.
