Bolouri Dental has transformed my belief that I can have a positive dental experience. I have needed to have four visits in the past month, and each visit I have been welcomed with the utmost care (with consideration for my dental nerves!) and calm. The front of house staff are soft spoken, clear, and were immediately open to my questions and concerns. The back office staff is intentionally encouraging — and prioritize my capacity to communicate my discomfort and needs during fillings and cleanings. Bonus: The dental chairs look out over a pond with sweet ducks and it is very calming to watch. I have been actively recommending this office to friends and neighbors alike. ?????

This office won’t let you schedule your next cleaning when you’re in the office, “they can’t book six months out.” By the time they send you a reminder that you are due for a cleaning (usually 2 months before you’re due) they are booked out at lease 4 months so you are really having to wait about 10 months between cleanings. I have expressed my displeasure with the system multiple times now, and I know there’s many scheduling software options on the market that will let you schedule out that far, so the fact that they won’t invest or switch to a scheduling system that allows this just speaks to their bad customer service overall and I definitely can’t recommend this dental office. I will be switching as soon as my insurance allows. The hygienists have always germ very friendly but I can’t say the same about the front desk and scheduling staff. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I would rather no one else has to deal with this if it can be helped. Go somewhere else if your insurance allows or if you are private pay and save yourself the hassle.

Dr Katanic & Irina were the ultimate best! I have always dreaded going in for dental work but the two of them have made it my best dental visit ever. They are truly extraordinary. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone! They have made me a client for life. Thank You so much.

This dentist is the worst I've been to possibly the worst in Oregon. To them you are just a number, they spend more time doing X-rays to charge insurance than working on your teeth. My biggest problem with this dentist is the fact they told me I needed a root canal on my bottom right molar. I went to a different dentist yesterday after having pain in this tooth for over a year, I was going to just have it pulled. The new dentist told me their prognosis was complete bullshit and it was no where near needing a root canal, he informed me that they were just trying to sell me up on am expensive procedure I don't need and it's not his first time having a patient from them. My tooth was drilled today and refilled the old filling was just needing replaced, minimum decay was detected doc said I can probably have it done again in 10 years no root canal needed. Do not trust this dentist Mafia outlet with your family or teeth!!

First, this office gave me incorrect information about my insurance, putting me out over a thousand dollars. Then, after I arrived on time for my procedure, they canceled my appointment because they didn’t have the right equipment in the office to make an impression. I made an appointment at this office for a time-sensitive operation about one month in advance. My insurance was set to expire several days after the appointment. I was clear about this, and the office assured me that they’d charge my insurance on the day of the operation, so that I could have everything taken care of before my coverage ended. The day of my appointment, they called to tell me that they’d been mistaken, and that they wouldn’t, in fact, be able to bill insurance for my operation before my coverage ended. To complete my procedure, I’d need to come in after my coverage ended and pay $1,500 out of pocket. I made my appointment a month in advance - if they’d been truthful with me when I scheduled the operation, I’d have had time to make an appointment elsewhere, at an office that could see me in time to actually charge my insurance before it expired. With no better options, I showed up on time for my appointment, only to learn that the office “did not have the right part” to make a simple impression, and that they wouldn’t be able to see me that afternoon matter all. They tried and failed to get me in at a different office. This dental group is sloppy and irresponsible. Double check any info they give you and have a backup plan so that you’re not left in the lurch if they cancel your appointment day of.

Very strange you guys aren't able to book out more than 3 month in advance, are you planning to go out of business bc that's what it seems like.... never been to a medical practice that doesn't book future appointments while in office. When you send me my reminder that im almost due for my 6 month cleaning and I call you are booked 3 months out already, STOP TAKING NEW CLIENTS WHEN YOU CAN'T FIT IN YOUR EXISTING CLIENTS!!! so thankful I didn't get invisalign through you guys that would have been an insane waste of money. Not impressed and the dentist himself seems to be more about golfing and stuff rather than his business, why are you giving out golf tees and not toothbrushes or floss... what the hell?
