I went in day-of for intense tooth pain and was met with an easy solution & great service. Rosie at the front desk was very helpful & easy to talk to. Dr. Sophia explained everything very clearly & helped me feel super comfortable. I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind and as someone who gets nervous going to the dentist, I felt very taken care of and relaxed.

I came to Innovative Smiles at the end of June because I had chipped a tooth (in the front). I had been on disability for over a year and had neglected my teeth considerably. They were able to get me in right away and assess the damage. I needed a lot of work, including a deep cleaning, two root canals, 4 crowns in the front and a replacement bridge for the one I’d lost two years ago. It would be a considerable amount of money, but far less than I had imagined. Dr. Sophia was like an angel. She explained everything very clearly and assured me that she would make my teeth “beautiful.” And she did.The process took several weeks with several visits. Iman did a great job on my deep cleaning. Those can be very unpleasant, but I didn’t have any issues. The crowns and bridge match the rest of my teeth perfectly so you wouldn’t know they weren’t real unless I told you. When I went in to have them put in, Dr. Sophia wasn’t happy with the fit. She said it wasn't “perfect.” She ordered a new one and replaced it two weeks later. They all turned out beautiful. I thank them for what they did for me. I didn’t realize how bad it made me feel about myself when my teeth were a mess. I didn’t smile with teeth ever! Now I can. And I do. I have had so many compliments on the work Dr. Sophia did and I proudly show them off. All of the gals in the office are so nice and welcoming. They are professional but easy going. That helps those of us who have a lot of work to do. I’ve suffered crippling back and neck pain for years after 5 spinal surgeries. When I explained this to them, they bent over backwards to make sure I was always comfortable. They gave me a pillow to ease the strain on my neck and applied chapstick so my lips wouldn’t dry out while they were working on me. And I love the music they play. It’s the small things that make this office of dental professionals very special. I will be using them from now on and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Staff was very friendly and was able to see me quickly. It’s been a while since and was able to get my xrays and cleaning scheduled on my first appointment. And the front desk staff made sure to review the expected billings with me and make sure that everything was good. Thank you for the “painless” visit.

I always dreaded going to the dentist before coming here, but this dental office is nice! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and pleasant to conversate with. I hated my teeth previously, but now they’re definitely improving with Invisalign and thanks to Innovative Smiles.
