Bluff Creek Dental

I have been using this dental office for years, previously as Bluff Creek and now as Forever Smiles. The same great care continues under the new ownership. I appreciate the friendly and attentive service and thorough expertise. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but they make it a less stressful and better experience.

1st time back after they changed hands. My hygienist was super good! Better than most I’ve had, and very thoughtful. Too bad she’s not on permanent staff.

My child had a good experience for each of his visits so far. Staff is really good and polite. Doctors are knowledgeable and treat my child well for what is needed for them.

Dr Chris was great when I tripped and chipped two teeth and was unable to close my mouth due to malposition of my upper central incisors . He was able to reposition the injured tooth and fix the the broken edges that same afternoon. I did not have any discomfort and was delighted not to have wait for definitive treatment. He and his staff were great!

I have been going here since I was a young kid and have always been pleased with the staff and services received. On my last visit, I was notified that there was a problem with some past billing to my insurance company. My insurance carrier had changed and the new carrier had wrongly denied coverage for the last service I had received. This made me very confused and upset. I am writing this to commend Cathy in the office who has been a long time employee there. She reached out to me right away and was able to resolve the situation immediately and to my satisfaction. Her empathy and compassion will not soon be forgotten. It is this kind of service that will keep me coming back. Thanks for your help Cathy!
