My wife has been coming to BlueDot Dental Gilbert for a few years and now I started going there. Just wanna say everyone is super nice. Everyone treat you with respect you get the treatment that you are required and need. they also work with you. The receptionist are very helpful and amazing. The technicians they are very caring and helpful and they make you feel very comfortable specially when it comes to putting the anesthesia to numb the gums, they are always concerned and always want to make sure you’re doing OK well getting the shot I most definitely will keep on coming ?

10/10 definitely recommend. My mouth has got to be the worst in America. One side needed FIVE extractions in one sitting & I was so nervous! Especially about the numbing part because I hate needles. Dr Monica is the literal best EVER. Didn’t feel a thing! & Justin is amazing as well… don’t get me started on Mrs Deb In the front. From the minute I booked an appointment with her over the phone she’s been nothing short of an angel. So grateful I found this dental office. It really feels like a family there & for years I haven’t had a primary dentist but it feels so good to know I have a home here. Thanks for making what I thought would be hell feel like a walk In the park! If you’re looking for a dental home, please - look no further!

I recently found this place and called to see if they took my ins. The woman who answered was so incredibly kind. Turned out they didn't accept my ins however I was so impressed with her that I made an appt for my kids and I. I absolutely suggest Bluedot Dental - so much so that I choose to pay private pay over finding a doctor who accepts my insurance. They offered a discounted package for a full year of services and I purchased that for all 3 of us. I utilized the additional discount this package included for products and got a new mouth guard. Their private pay mouth guard ended up being less expensive than my previous dentist out of state where I moved from. Which I was so grateful for. I’ve been there 3 times now and continue to be incredibly impressed by all of their staff. From the women at the front desk to the hygienists to the dr - they exude professionalism, empathy and kindness. They made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. I also noted they were very diverse in their staff which impressed me as I haven't seen that everywhere! Five stars for sure! Check them out!! You won’t regret it.

Bluedot Dental is a nice office, and Dr. Monica and her assistant Jen are exceptional. Dr. Monica truly cares about her patients' overall health, and I am so grateful for the care she provided to relieve me of pain after dealing with it for over a month due to benefit issues. Both Dr. Monica and Jen treated me and my husband with the utmost care. However, my experience with the front desk receptionist, Debbie, was entirely different. She has a rude demeanor toward everyone she interacts with. While I was waiting in the lobby, I witnessed another patient checking in. Debbie asked him if his phone number was still the same, to which he confirmed and inquired why she asked. She explained she had sent a text to confirm his appointment. The patient politely responded that he preferred not to communicate via text and would call the office if he needed to cancel. Debbie continued to press the issue, engaging in a needless back-and-forth, which ended only when the patient approached the counter to reiterate his preference for calling instead of texting. A dental assistant finally intervened and took the man to the back, putting an end to the situation. Unfortunately, my husband and I also experienced Debbie's attitude firsthand. I was in extreme pain, and Dr. Monica had me come in because my prescribed medication was no longer working. While we were speaking with the assistant, Debbie interrupted and pulled her away, only for Dr. Monica to enter and continue the conversation. My husband mentioned Debbie's behavior to Dr. Monica, who assured us she would address it. Dr. Monica proceeded with the treatment, providing much-needed relief and setting up a follow-up appointment for September 26th, assuring us that the financial aspect could be worked out later. This was on Thursday, September 12th. The next day, Friday the 13th, Debbie began calling me repeatedly about payment, despite Dr. Monica clearly telling us not to worry about it at that moment. Still in pain and unable to speak easily, I asked my husband to return her call. When he did, Debbie immediately began yelling, so loudly that both my mother and I were shocked by the volume. She cut him off repeatedly, refusing to let him speak. At one point, she even made a deeply offensive remark, shouting, "I was trying to help you people." My husband immediately confronted her, asking who she meant by "you people," to which she replied, "You and your wife." Both my mother and I were stunned. I told my husband to end the call, and he informed Debbie that we would wait to speak directly with Dr. Monica. While I still have great respect for Dr. Monica and the care she provides, I no longer feel safe or comfortable returning to Bluedot Dental due to Debbie’s unacceptable behavior and discriminatory language directed at our Black family. Her use of the phrase "you people" suggests underlying racial bias, and it is deeply concerning that someone with such attitudes is allowed to interact with patients. I cannot recommend this office to anyone, if this is how staff is allowed to speak with patients of color, as no one should have to endure such behavior. My family is deeply hurt and still processing the shock of this experience.

I needed an extraction and she (Monica) suggested a bone graph as well… So we set up my second appointment whatever was in that needle. I didn’t feel a thing just a little pressure and maybe the other instruments that she was using touching my lips during the procedure. Everybody from the front desk to the back was amazing, no complaints from me. She provided me with prescription for pain meds, and something else. My third appointment she removed the stitches, which took five minutes again no pain. We really didn’t discuss anything else after everything had healed, but if I wanted a dental implant, I would definitely reach out to them and see what that’s like.( I had a back tooth remove so can’t really see it) If I had to complain about something, it’s my own insurance. I don’t think they paid for anything. Yeah they paid for the x-rays and things like that but man that bone graft came out of pocket but it was worth it. Procedure was smooth like I said I would go back. I got what I asked for. I went to a different place before they wasn’t giving me what I asked for so I found BlueDot and I’m happy about it! Thank you to everyone in that office. I will definitely be seeing y’all again hopefully just for cleaning.

I’ve been going to this dentistry for a couple of years now the dentist are really good, but the staff does not help And doesn’t know how to do billing. They overcharge or charge when they’re not supposed to for services I would not recommend this dentistry because of that if you are going there now, beware of fraudulent billing Also, don’t believe them when they tell you what the charges will be before you receive any service from them. On several locations, they tell me the bill will be one thing and it turns out to be way more later. I understand the insurance sometimes will not cover things. But it’s their job to know They purposely told me one price And that my insurance covers the procedure and then later tell me that it doesn’t This is not professional I have confirmed with my dental insurance on more than one occasion that they have billed me wrong. I am thinking about turning them in to the dental board for fraudulent billing.

I just want to come on here and say I am a vaping hypochondriac, mix that with intense anxiety and a mysterious bump on my gums and I will be nothing short of freaking out and coming here made me feel so much better. I so desperately wish I could remember my dentists name but she was incredibly kind and although she said she wasn’t worried for me and didn’t think a biopsy was necessary yet, she was more than willing to write me an order to get one done. She took her time explaining to me what the problem could potentially be and was very patient as I anxiously stood over her shoulder as she examined my xrays. Overall from calling to get a same day appointment, the courtesy and kindness from the entire staff, and my dentist going out of her way for my peace of mind on such short notice for only $100. I have to give this place 5 stars and say thank you from the bottom of this crazy hypochondria heart. You guys rock.
