I will be very honest and upfront. I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. Customer service with phone calls were very professional and helpful. The staff and the atmosphere was very welcoming..this really help me to relax. Once l sat in the dental chair the assistant was very professional in explaining everything l was having done. I will say this, l was educated on services being rendered by the dentist and this was even more relaxing for me. All around definitely a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for my experience. Thanks to all for making my dental experience the best. My dentist for 40yrs retired and I'm Grateful to experience the same setting and experience with Diamond Dental.

My first visit was great! Office staff very friendly and office hours are good for those of that work. What I like is Dr. Daniels received his schooling from my home town. Where my previous dentist wanted to put crowns Dr. Daniels is going to replace my fillings. ?

This practice is awesome! As a new patient, it was a very organized process. The staff was very efficient in getting me an emergency appointment and was extremely helpful. Dr. Daniels and the Dental assistant were filled with knowledge , answer and solutions. Being a little nervous when I arrived, they but my nerves at ease and thoroughly assessed my problem and provided my options. This practice goes above and beyond what asked and it was refreshing to know that this practice placed patients first. With such bed side manner, I’d whole heartedly recommend this practice if you’re looking for a great Experience!

I’ve been going to Blue Diamond Dental since they first opened in the late 90s. Dr. Daniels and his entire staff are top notch!! Their prices are reasonable and they always do an excellent job. They will not advise unneeded procedures for a cash grab, like I hear of other practices doing. They are very patient with children as well. I cannot say enough good things about this first class practice!!

Excellent from the front door to the exit. Interacted with several team members. Everything was explained and confirmed along the way. Office handled all outreach to insurance company (this is BIG, and much appreciated). Complete go forward plan communicated. In these days of often shoddy service, this office exceeded even my high standards/expectations.

I've been going to Dr. Daniel's 4 yrs. Great dentist. His staff is wonderful and accomodating at every turn.
