Black Hills Pediatric Dentistry Surgical Center

I am absolutely blown away with how sweet and attentive that all the staff were to my little girl before and after her surgery. They spoke to her in terms she would understand and eased her mind completely before she went under and back for surgery. My 8 year old came in nervous and not sure what to expect and by the time she was ready to go back she had a smile on her face and was ready to get it done. Would highly recommend!

Wow! My 4 year old had 7 crowns done. We (parents) and my daughter were very nervous. The staff made my daughter so comfortable and kept us updated every step of the way. Dr.Bradley must be a magician because the process only took around 30 minutes, we were blown away by how smooth the entire appointment was. And my daughter isn’t scared to go back to the dentist, that’s a win 10/10.

My son had work done at the surgical center today. I was nervous and anxious but we were met at the door with great, friendly people. They got us right in and ready to go. Travis came in and completely lit the room up. He brought cars, and toys and explained things simply to my son. He made my son so comfortable he walked back with them, no issues. Recovery nurses (Mary)were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They all come introduce themselves and take time to meet your child as well. Additional work needed done and they stepped us aside immediately to explain and handle it. They make sure you're completely on board at all times. My son came home and is recovering well. Dr. Wilson met with us before and after the surgery to make sure we didn't have concerns or questions. They exceeded my expectations. I knew my baby was in good hands. (This is a night and day difference from taking our oldest to a different surgery center in rapid city)

From the moment we walked in the doors to the moment we left, every person we came into contact with made us feel welcomed and relaxed. After my little went back with the nurse, one of the receptionists came to ask how she was and if she was brave as she had over heard my little say she was scared. Then she offered me a coffee. I had the choice to wait in the lobby or a smaller enclosed room with a comfortable recliner. The nurse that took my little back checked in after my little was asleep to let me know how things were going. Even the anesthetist stopped in to give me an update! I was told by at least 3 different people that my little was starting to wake and when I'd be able to go back to her. It was comforting to have frequent updates! We hope to never need their services again, but we will definitely go back to them if we do!!

Thank you BHPD wow, is the best description I can give. My grandson had dental work done and it was an amazing experience. They all did a super job making him feel like he was in control! Thank you so much, for caring for my sensory autistic grandson ❤️

Everyone was super nice. Communication was top priority which was really nice for having a child that was having surgery. They were clear on everything that was going to happen and what to do after.
