Firstly, I checked in earlier than my appointment time. I waited until 20 minutes after my appointment and wasn't seen. I asked the front staff and turns out I wasn't "checked in" in their system. All together, I waited an hour for a 10 minute visit. Secondly, the staff was exceptional! It was my child's first visit and everything went great!

We love black hills pediatric dentistry. They're always very kind and they're very honest with us. They give us good solutions on how to handle the fact that my son doesn't like brushing his teeth and has bad teeth like I do, darn genetics.

We enjoyed the very quick and thorough routine by your team and will be pointing others in your direction when they need a dentistry too..Glad my nephew was taken care of by professionals.especially on his 3rd BIRTHDAY Thank you all

Came directly from er and from out of town. The staff and dr were extremely friendly, inviting, and made my daughter comfortable after a traumatic fall. She felt so brave and proud that she was so brave. Any parents that have kiddos should go to Black Hills Pediatric Dentistry. My daughter is sad we live in a different state!! A+ experience for sure

We love BHPD. They are so kind to the children and really make it a smooth, fun experience for them. My kids even ask when they get to go back to the dentist! My daughter had one very small cavity and they were so helpful giving us options and helped my daughter feel comfortable. They’re all about a positive dentist experience for the kids. We can’t recommend them enough!

It was a good experience. You can tell that the staff are dedicated and they care about the children. My son is Autistic so he needs special treatment and everyone is respectful and helpful. I really appreciate their willingness to accommodate his needs.

We have been coming here for the past 8 years. My younger children started out with lap appointments, sitting in my lap while the dentists checked their teeth. My older kids all report enjoying their visits and have commented that the hygienists have been "really nice." They REALLY like Dr. Jones!
