Bitty Bites Pediatric Dentistry

Took my son to his first dental appointment and everyone who assisted us was very sweet and interacted with him! They showed him each item to help warm him up so he didn’t cry at all during the entire process! They also gave him a duck and let him choose a toothbrush color, toy and sticker. Such a positive first time experience I will definitely remember!

We have been with Bitty Bites since 2019 and we love it! Today's experience, though, inspired me to write a review. My son had to have extractions to get ready for an expander, and we were really nervous. We had heard horror stories from other parents about the process and aftercare, and I was prepared for the worst! I was so surprised and relieved that Dr. North (and Bear, her therapy dog) made the process not scary at all and pain free. They “wiggled out” the teeth, nothing jarring or abrupt. We are seven hours later and he feels good! I'm attaching a photo because the scene was so cute. Thank you Dr. North and Bear and all the staff at Bitty Bites!

My daughter is 2 years old and has had a great experience at Bitty Bites. She has had two appointments so far and they are very punctual. The atmosphere is very welcoming, when you walk in there is playful decor to keep children entertained. The staff are friendly and professional. I like that each child has their own cute room when being treated. There is a TV in the room if needed and the child gets a little toy prize at the end of their appointments. They are very thorough with explaining what they're doing during the appointment. I love that they have appointments as early as 7:30am. We haven't used their animal therapy option but I think it's unique that they have the option of bringing out a therapy dog, with permission, to calm a child.

Dr. North and her team are amazing to work with. They are patient, kind and so compassionate with their patients. My daughter has severe anxiety about dental appointments and every appointment we’ve attended, the team has worked with her through all of her feelings and allowing her to be heard. Bear is an amazing addition to the office and the sweetest therapy dog!

My kids and I had a great experience here! I took them to their very first visit ever this week and they loved it. The whole staff was friendly and caring, office was clean, no long wait times. I have seen many pediatric offices that just did not seem friendly enough to be for pediatrics but they aced it! We are new to the area, so I've been prepared to have to switch offices until we find someone we love, but this will be our kids' permanent dentist office!
