My family has been seeing Dr Gross for over 35 years! He's very gentle and listens to your concerns. He's also very attentive to your comfort. If you are looking for a calm, quiet atmosphere and a dentist and staff to match, you won't find a better dental office anywhere.

Visited Big Oak Dental for my first visit today, and I have nothing but great things to say. Prior to my appointment, I was made aware of how long I’d expect to be there as it was my first visit. All staff members that I interacted with were so kind, social, and empathetic! I’m really glad to have found this practice. Each step of the visit was explained and I had time to ask any questions I thought of… never feeling rushed to wrap up the appointment.

I've been a patient here for about fifteen years. Honestly, I selected it due to the proximity to my house, but I have been incredibly happy with my decision. Sherri at the front desk is by far the best out of any medical establishment I have been to. There are never any surprise charges, as she takes the time to review your insurance plan and let you know what is covered or not. The hygienists are very thorough, and there is little to no discomfort during cleanings. Once that part is over, Dr. Gross will come see you. With his deadpan delivery, you will leave the office smiling, with your very clean teeth. Even my young daughters enjoy going to the dentist. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist.

I especially commend Sherri at the front desk for her excellent communication skills and for ensuring everything was well-prepared upon our arrival. The hygienist and dentist also deserve recognition for thoroughly explaining the procedure to my daughter. Despite the common apprehension associated with dental visits, this cozy office with its fantastic staff provides a comforting experience worth exploring.

They were great for the few times I went there. But due to traveling for work and dealing with personal matters I have been unable to return, I informed them of this and told them I will be in touch when I'm able to resume. I have received close to 15 calls, emails and voicemails on an almost stalker like level of reminders, and not auto calls. These were from staff at the actual office, which is small to begin with, so my message should have been received loud and clear. They really start to treat their customers like an ex girlfriend that they want back. Do your best and avoid this place at all costs. The predatory stalking, reminders and non stop contact will get old, VERY fast.
