I'm daughter was seen in May of this year. She had a difficult time getting x rays and the doctor refused to see my child because of it. The doctor called me when I left and apologized for the miscommunication. The doctor told me they would NOT file a claim on my insurance. Today I get a bill in the mail for my deductible. When I was told via phone that they would not bill my insurance. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend this place at all.

The business was willing to lose a customer for $18 overdue for requesting to remove late fees. We literally have spent thousands of dollars since 2018 at this practice and paid our bills on time but could not get to the $18 due to extenuating personal circumstances over the summer. Note: this review is about the business not the dentists. Response: # The $18 due came about after the claim was processed not at the time of service. # I explained over the phone the extenuating circumstances we went through over the summer and could not get to this. # We have spent thousands of dollars since 2018 at this practice and referred several people. If collecting the late fee is a priority than retaining a customer so be it.

I love love love Dr. Baht! She is amazing! My daughter has been with her since I tried smile starters when she was about 4 and had to leave with them and it wasn’t good! I then was referred to Dr. Baht, who was very professional, kind, caring, and great with children! My daughter never cried and she still goes here! This is a great place for kids and teens! If you know good then you’ll know she’s the best of the best! We love Dr. Baht and my daughter is 14 yrs old now she loves loves her so much! I will continue here in the future for my new bundle of joy to come bc I know he will be In great hands.

My son is 10 and on the autism spectrum. The dentist is a VERY scary place for him. He's been hard to calm most appointments. Their dental assistant Stephany, however has changed that for us. She is the most kind, patient, and gentle assistant who has ever worked with him. She made him at ease and did everything she could to make sure he wasn't overloaded sensorially. It was the best appointment ever. I would highly recommend that if you have a child who has special needs or is very anxious at the dentist to request her to work with your child. She's great and I can't say enough about her. My other two children go here as well and they love it, too! We've been with Bhat and Associates since my kids were little and they are 14, 10, and 10. Best pediatric dentist ever! Update: he’s 13, still loving Stephanie! He won’t go to anyone else. He even kisses her hand.

Nice stuff very friendly . Great works i already been there with them almost 7 years now with my 3 kids . My kids love to go there with big smile. Thank you.

Everyone should have their teeth cleaned and examined at least twice a year, so if it has been a while since you visited a dentist, don’t delay in scheduling an appointment. From the Front Desk to the Dentist's Chair everything is perfect
