Everyone at BGW Dental Group was extra friendly,helpful and very professional. Mariah the hygienist was so patient and sweet with my mom ,always asked her questions how she felt,.did she need anything very personable. Our dentist, Dr. Matthew Vaughn took extra time with my mom to explain her procedures and treatments.He was very gentle , patient and Thorough and knowledgeable. The office staff very knowledgeable and friendly from the time you walked in to when your appointment was finished .All staff members knew their job and just made you feel comfortable. My husband I will be changing dentist ourselves, as I took my 91 year-young mom to have her teeth cleaned and some other options that we had suggestions she needed. The Office was very clean and very warm and friendly when you arrived and left. Five star highly highly recommend them. Thank you for being The Best In Hall County 2024 and many years before this! I believe it only did your staff receive the excellence but in person we received it!

I’m so glad I switched to this practice. From start to finish, my visit was nothing short of exceptional. The office is beautiful and spacious. Very clean. The staff was all friendly and my hygienist was phenomenal. Very attentive and on top of everything. She brought up a spot on my lip, which is sooooo appreciated to get it double checked by derm… she took her time and I really liked that. Dr Vaughn was super kind and honest as well. He too, wasn’t rushed and was just down to earth. Very much appreciated this visit and am very grateful.

The ladies at the front desk were very warm and welcoming. I personally do not like going to the dentist but the entire experience at BGW made me feel much more at ease. My hygienist, Cesia was amazing. She explained everything as she was working on me. I felt as comfortable as I could be and for me that is huge. After years of not going to the dentist, I will be keeping up my usual check ups. And 1 cleaning, my teeth felt and looked better already!

Cannot speak highly enough of BGW!!! So welcoming and every single person was soooo kind! My childcare fell through so I ended up having to bring my 4 month old and everyone was so sweet and helpful and didn’t mind having her there ?? also a great cleaning , quick and easy! Thank you BGW! UPDATE: because I can’t add two reviews! But BGW saves the day!!!! I chipped my tooth and they were able to work me in same day and it looks soooo good and like it was never chipped!! Thank you so so so much Dr Wells and his assistant Ally!! They were both so great, so sweet, so professional! So thankful ❤️❤️

I started going to BGW Dental when I had an infection under a crown that had been put on by another dentist. It was an emergency situation on a weekend, but I could not get my dentist to call me back. A friend recommend I try to get a dentist at BGW to see me. I ended up seeing Dr. Brandon Wells, and it was a blessing! He took on my complex case and saw me that day. My tooth problem required several visits to Dr. Wells due to the severity of the infection. Dr. Wells was fantastic! He was kind, thorough, and skilled in treating my problem. He is a superb dentist, and I feel blessed that I was able to become one of his patients. BGW is not like any other dental office I have ever visited. With their advanced skills and treatment approaches, they have brought a whole new level of dental care to our area. I will never go to another dentist! Thank you, Dr. Wells and BGW Dental!
