Best Smiles Staples Mill

I’ve had some crazy experiences with different dentists in the past—long wait times just to get an appointment, and sometimes feeling like just another patient in a long line. But my experience with Best Smiles was completely different. I was amazed by how seamless everything was. I came in one day, had an appointment, got my x-rays done, and by the very next day, I was getting a deep cleaning! The transition was incredibly easy, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Even the automated text messages didn’t feel automated—they were personable and made me feel valued as a patient. Thank you, Best Smiles, for the great service and for making dental care such a smooth process. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy I finally found a great dentist that accepts my insurance! Ran into a few snags before my appointment and it was handled swiftly and professionally thanks to Tamera!! The dentist and Sydney were also great and knowledgeable with helping me find out the cause to my issues. Plus they gave my daughter toys for being good after my visit. Highly recommend!

I had my first visit to Best Smiles Staples Mill and my impression of the clinic was very positive. The staff at the front desk are extremely polite and cooperative and always ready to make things easier for you. The assistant and doctor were both very kind and professional. The clinic also accepts Medicaid. So far so good, but I would like to wait and see how my follow up visits and real dental work go before I recommend the place to anybody.

First initial visit was a success. The office was busy but the staff was pleasant. My dental assistant, T was very professional but personable, I loved her calming energy. Even though I do not look forward to getting dental work done atleast I look forward to the experience they provide.

It was my first time there and everyone was professional and kind. The wait wasn't very long. The dental assistant who assisted me throughout was very professional and personable, she helped provide a space for my daughter to sit while I got evaluated. She made everything comfortable! The hygienist was also great and thorough as well. I'm looking forward to going back for my appointment soon!
