Best Smiles North Side Richmond

Today was my 1st visit, and I loved the staff! ALL OF THEM from Front Desk to the dentist! Warm & friendly smiles! The dentist was great, instead of just jumping the gun with EXTRA PAIN he is going the easy route. He communicated with me, and maintained GREAT eye contact. My wait time was also NONEXISTENT!!! I will be going back for ALL my dental needs!

My experience at this office was beyond 5 stars. I loved the way they walked me through everything. The Doctor and his nurse worked together so smoothly. She had me smiling the whole time. I think she knew I was nervous. I felt super relaxed. I would and will be recommending this office and staff to everyone I know.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Best Smiles North Side. Everything from the clean waiting area to the pleasant background music left a positive impression. Upon arrival, Nikki at the front desk warmly greeted me, even though she was on a call. Mercedes, who escorted me to the back, was friendly and well-informed. Dr. Kumar patiently explained my treatment plan and even handed me a mirror to view the areas needing attention. The staff's efforts made me feel very comfortable during my first visit. I am eager to recommend Best Smiles North Side to my family and friends, and I am looking forward to returning and expressing my gratitude in person. ?

This was my first time in a long time that I've had to go see a dentist, and the very first time at BEST SMILES. I had the BEST experience ever at the dentist office!! Everyone was SO very cheerful, and pleasant, that I felt like I was being seen by family members. I was helped by Nikki at the front desk, and she was wonderful!! And Ms. Mercedes was SO SO cheerful, happy, pleasant, and helpful, she is perfect and great at her job!! I felt very welcome and pleased with my visit, eventhough all that rhey did was take exrays, check on my bad tooth, inform me that they were going to set me up to get partials, an appointment to remove my bad tooth, and give me a prescription for antibiotics to take til my next appointment. I had such a great experience, not only am I guaranteed to come back, but I be back, o will tell ALL my friends and family members, that they need to change dentist's, and start going to BEST SMILES!! Thank You so much BEST Smiles!! Keep Up The Great Work!!

My first time going there today was best I was very nervous but they are friendly and nice and very nice ppl and friendly doctors that got in and out without the waiting long and got me going back next Friday to do treatment
