Bella Dental

My last experience as a patient at Bella dental has left me emotionally and mentally scarred. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anybody, emergency or not. I definitely would not let your children back there with the dentist alone. I had multiple visits here and everything was great until the dentist I was seeing took a break from practice (If I remember correctly it was to spend time with her family as she had just had a baby) they replaced her with another female blonde dentist. I had two visits with this woman and it was the worst medical experience I've ever witnessed or been through. She repeatedly accused me of lying when I said I wasn't numb and proceeded to work on my mouth. I was sobbing so bad from pain that she stopped and slammed her tools down and told me if I didn't get it together she was going to leave me as is and refer me to an oral surgeon. The dental assistant could tell I was not okay. She kept asking me if I wanted to continue while she was handing me tissues and stroking my arm. All while the dentist is just going in drilling with absolutey no care. They had to put some type of cap on my tooth that had to be custom ordered when she was trying to put it on it wouldn't fit properly. The dentist literally said that specific company who made it "never gets them right" we were towards the end of the process and I just wanted to leave so I let it be. She almost had the cap on and I guess my tongue accidentally pushed it over to the side. Again, she SLAMMED her tools down on the tray and was visibly angry. After the appointment she gets up and walks out without saying anything. I went to the front desk to check out and even the secretary was asking what happened and if I was okay and if there was anything she could do for me. The staff was considerate. It did not make up for the extremely unfit dentist. This experience was two years ago. I still have flashbacks from the pain and treatment I had to endure from this woman. I truly hope no other person goes through anything close to what I had to go through at Bella Dental.

Bella Dental is a new office and I, like most people, was hesitant to change to a new dentist. However, I was unhappy with my current care and decided to take the plunge. SO GLAD I DID!!!! This dentist (Dr. Arnold) is awesome. He did several things exam wise that my former dentist had never done and I learned he SHOULD have been doing. He was funny, thorough, and very very nice. Ladies, if you are looking for a cute dentist, call and book today, Lol! I felt like I received very individualized care and he took a lot of time with me. They frequently were asking me if I was comfortable and making sure I was okay with what we were doing. His assistant was really nice too. Never before have I laughed so much during a cleaning... Their office is really nice.. It's in a brand new building and they have all new state of the art equipment. Not that beauty matters, but their office is beautiful. They even have a sink in the waiting area that is semi-private where you can brush your teeth right before your visit, which I have never seen before in a dentists office and I thought was a nice touch. They also have a monitor/ipad? that is right above you while you are getting your teeth cleaned/dental work done and you can either listen to music on Pandora (you get to pick your own station!) or you can watch tv shows. I listened to Coldplay while he cleaned my teeth and when I had to go back a week later for a filling I watched Greys Anatomy. They are great with kiddos too. My son is 3.5 and I took him here for his first cleaning. He loved Dr. Arnold and cooperated the whole time. I was shocked it went so well.. When I called to schedule his appointment they asked what his favorite tv shows were and then when we got there my son got to choose between those. He watched Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and loves going to the dentist so much he makes excuses why we should go back... today he said his tummy hurt and he wanted to go to the dentist. (I am not kidding!) Great dentist, great office, great experience. You won't be sorry. I know this is a long review but I was REALLY impressed.

Love Dr. Arnold! Very caring. Would like to see better hours, as the office is only open part time.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very nice. The equipment is the latest.
