Beechcroft Dental

I like this office for a few reason. One: they take Medicaid. Some officers that do aren’t as nice but I don’t think the quality of care is less at this office despite taking gov’t insurance. Two: there scheduling isn’t 6 months out like most places. Three: they sell higher quality whitening than you can buy over the counter at an affordable rate. Four (and this is probably the most noteworthy) Dan Bui is the best dental hygienist I’ve had in years, maybe ever. He took great care of my super sensitive teeth. He was Very thorough and patient with my squeamishness. I’ve had cleanings at other offices before that didn’t all that he did. He took the time to even explain better brushing techniques so I would stop taking off my own enamel. Anytime I even started to feel anything uncomfortable he noticed right away and made adjustments to make sure I felt safe. I’ll probably follow this guy to any office he ever goes to! Five: I love how informative everyone is here. Instead of just assuming I should know they teach and explain along the way which added to me finding security to calling this my new dental home. I’m now switching my whole family to go here. Thanks for being better than the rest!

The staff is very friendly and they were able to get me in within one day to extract a tooth that was bothering me. They numbed me up really well and did a good job at making sure I was comfortable. I plan on coming here as my regular dentist now

Marcus was AMAZING!!! Please give that man a raise! My 16 year old daughter lost 3 front teeth in an accident and the entire staff here was incredibly caring, kind and supportive. This was a traumatic and heartbreaking experience for her especially but also for me and my husband. Beechcroft Dental definitely made the whole situation a little bit better. The entire staff was nothing short of amazing!! All the dental hygienists (especially Marcus and the woman with the nose ring who helped us shade match her teeth; I apologize for not remembering her name), the dentist himself and even the front desk girls were soooo great!! They worked fast and got her temporary partials in within a few days!! Thank you all so much!

First of all, I had a dental appointment last week for a Filling in, they shot my gums in the wrong spot, and my whole face was swollen. Today I went for a cleaning and was in traffic for 30 minutes on the way there and was running seven minutes late and was told that they couldn’t see me and that they had to put me on a waitlist to reschedule even though I was five minutes away. Spoke with manager Molly she didn’t make any understanding of the situation at all and hung up on me. There’s been times I’ve been in their office waiting over 20 minutes for my appointment, so to not be understanding of me being 7 minutes late is ridiculous. Waste of time and horrible start to my morning . This is typically a great dental office but my last few times here I’ve had bad experiences. Definitely going to be looking into another dental office. They don’t seem to care about their patients here and it’s all about numbers for them.

The people at this Dental Office are Great! The care, from the first contact at the reception desk to the Insurance all the way to the treatment plan was Great. Dr. Gupta and Danielle treated me with real care and concern for my dental issues. Treatment was fast and very professional. Best Dentist Office I've been to in a very long time. Highly Recommend.
