The Bedford Center for Prosthodontics (BCP) team took great care of me through the entire upper and lower veneer process. From the reception, to my care coordinator Megan to the Checkout team they all are very professional and friendly. All of the Dental Technicians were amazing. Dr. Connolly was very accommodating and ensured I was satisfied with the shape, size and color of my new teeth and was quick to resolve any issues or concerns. I can’t say enough good things about BCP. I personally worked with Dr.Randi. He was very thorough, friendly, and laid out all of my options in an easy to understand way. Once we figured out my treatment plan, the rest of the process was very smooth. I had some extensive work done on my teeth and I could not be happier with my results. I’d also like to add that every encounter I had with assistants and office staff was also 5 stars. I shared some (happy) tears and a hug with Renee- and after my smile was complete the girls in the office were genuinely thrilled for me and SO kind. If you need any sort of dental work, I’d highly recommend BCP.

On Wednesday, July 31 I saw Dr Connelly in the office for a new crown. I have been using Dr. Connelly for many years and I’ve always seen so much professionalism in him over the years that I would never change to another practice. Dr Connelly has state of the art equipment in a beautiful office location. Dr Connelly and his staff are very welcoming, kind and thoughtful of your needs. Dr. Connelly always explains everything that he’s going to do and if there is anything you do not understand he will go the extra mile to make sure you understand what he is doing so you are knowledgeable about the treatment you are receiving.
