Update: I have been a patient here for several years and last week, I felt compelled to write a review about some recent issues I had encountered with Bear Brook Dental. To my great surprise, just a day later I was contacted first by the office and next by Dr. Lee himself to address these issues. Dr. Lee and his team went above and beyond to make things right. In particular, Dr Lee listened thoughtfully to my critiques and responded with ways he was going to improve each one. I was really blown away by the response. This is clearly a thriving business, and I imagined losing me as a patient would not make a difference, but Dr Lee was committed to rectifying things. To be looked at as a person and not just a customer is a rare occurrence nowadays, but Bear Brook Dental clearly places value on delivering compassionate, individualized care to every person that walks through their doors. Thanks to this, I have confidence that they will continue to take excellent care of me and my smile for many years to come.

I’ve been a patient at Bear Brook Dental Care Clinic for over a year now, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received from Dr. Kiwon Lee and the entire team. They were all so patient and understanding with me, taking the time to explain each step and ensuring I was comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Lee’s expertise and gentle approach put me at ease, and I felt well taken care of by everyone at the clinic. The quality of service and professionalism were outstanding. I’ve been a patient at this office since it opened in 2017. Both my wife and I have been treated by Dr. Lee (the older brother), and my kids have been patients of Dr. Tommy (the younger brother). Over the last 7 years, I’ve really felt that they’ve had my back when it comes to my dental needs. For example, when my son fell and broke his two front teeth, they managed to see us the same day. And when I had a severe toothache, they squeezed me into their schedule on the same day as well. As another reviewer mentioned, the office has definitely gotten busier and much larger (now with 9 dentists). While I do miss the cozy, neighborhood dental office feel we once had, I really appreciate having so many specialists in-house, which means I don’t have to go to multiple places for different treatments. When I needed a complicated root canal, their own root canal specialist treated me the same day I walked in. If you prefer the old-school, small-town dental office vibe, this may not be the best option for you. But if you’re looking for confident, highly professional care, this is definitely the place to go.

I can't help but wish I could give Bear Brook Dental more than five stars! When we were considering changing dentists, I had some questions. A call to Jasmine not only answered my queries but also led to our first appointments being booked. Her exceptional service, knowledge, and personable nature convinced me that Bear Brook Dental was the right choice! We had found our new dental practice! Since then, the care has been nothing short of outstanding! Every staff member we've encountered has shown a perfect blend of professionalism and compassion. My 89-year-old mother, with a range of medical issues, needed a root canal and an extraction. The front desk's efficient coordination, including emailing x-rays within an hour despite their 72-hour policy, was a testament to their commitment to patient care. Dr. Lee was incredibly kind in finding ways to work with my mother's issues to keep the costs as manageable as possible for her. He is thoughtful, and while we have only seen him twice, he will replace the crown my mother needs ON HIS LUNCH HOUR! Yes, I put that in caps because it is that amazing. His offer to do this was unexpected but so appreciated!. It is clear that he put my mother's needs above his own, and for that, we are so appreciative! I have had a number of questions as we are dealing with and coordinating with the endodontist, oral surgeon, and Bear Brook. Rita has been beyond helpful, answering all of my questions, sending out forms, scheduling appointments, calling me back with additional information, etc., etc. She is wonderful, and her caring has gone so far in making all of this as easy as possible! In conclusion, while I may not have the names of every staff member, I can confidently say that each person we've met at Bear Brook Dental has been accommodating, caring, and so helpful. We are truly grateful to have found such a wonderful dental practice and are deeply appreciative of the exceptional care we've received!

I had a wonderful experience at the office. Dr. Kiwon Lee and his staff were all exceptionally courteous, friendly, and professional. They truly took the time to ensure everything was done correctly and made an effort to get to know me and my family as a new patient. It was a great dental experience!
