Lanice, the office manager, went above and beyond to explain the process for insurance reimbursement, making everything so clear and stress-free. Every time I walked into the office, she greeted me warmly and even took the time to chat with me about my day—it made me feel so valued as a patient. The entire staff is incredible—friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. Dr. Brothers is truly a master at what she does. I have serious concerns about the quality of care and professionalism at this orthodontic office. I recently discovered the office manager Lanice is taking X-rays and is not properly certified, which raises significant safety and ethical concerns. Additionally, I’ve noticed rodent traps around the office, which is highly unsettling and gives the impression that cleanliness and hygiene are not being prioritized. On top of these issues, it seems that the office frequently has a revolving door of staff—new employees come and go, and it’s evident that many previous staff members were let go due to poor management. This lack of stability is concerning when it comes to the care of my children. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider these factors before choosing this office for their orthodontic needs. I hope the practice takes immediate action to address these issues, as patient safety and trust should be their top priority.
