Bates Orthodontics - West End

I have been going to Bates orthodontics ever since November 2023. Let me tell you about how amazing it is there. ?The doctors are both very nice and patient and my daughter is always enjoys her appointments. Can't say enough positive things about this orthodontics practice. Dr. Bates and his staff have been awesome with my 13 year old daughter. ?Every staff member had excellent bedside manner. They consistently kept us informed of the treatment and next steps. The admin staff made it extremely easy to be a patient. Highly recommend Dr. Bates orthodontics!! The facility is very clean!!?

Our family has been with Dr. Bates for years and now we have the privilege to be with Dr. Philips. The entire staff is friendly, very professional and takes the time to understand each patients needs and desires. Highly recommend them for any and all orthodontic work.

Morgan, T and Vanessa are the best. I look forward to their lovely smiles everytime. They make the experience so much easier.

Very please with the service everything was super smooth. Everyone was very polite. Every visit is very comfortable. They did a great job with explaining what to do after my daughters braces were put on and I overall love it I would recommend them to everyone.
