My 9yo was nervous to get braces. Everyone has been so great, only 2 appointments in and she’s completely comfortable. The staff is so sweet to her. She’s excited to come in and pick out her band colors. Highly recommend Bates Orthodontics!

Dr. Bates and his staff have beeen excellent. We started treatment March 2024 and we are currently on our 2nd phase. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants have been kind and shown us the utmost respect. We have recommended Dr. Bates to several friends/family for this reason!

I recently got Lightforce braces through Bates Ortho. Very friendly staff, easy installation and a thorough walkthrough of the scanning process and maintenance. They’ve checked in several times on the comfortability of the new appliances. I’d highly recommend this office and the Lighforce product.

I was pretty nervous getting braces at 25. However Dr. Bates and Staff has made this an enjoyable experience so far. They do an amazing job at explaining the process and keeping me informed on my progress and next steps. Highly recommend!
