Thank you so much Sabryna! You have truly been amazing the past 2 weeks with assisting me on finding an appointment for Lei’lani before and after the hurricane! You helped me not only get the appointments, you called back when you noticed the hurricane was coming and got us rescheduled without hesitation! You showed great customer service and that you were concerned! I can’t thank you enough!

At first they were good, but I am not too happy with them now. It's too much to explain here on google, but once my son is done with treatment we will not be recommending this place. We've already paid down a ton of money so it's better for us to see this through as much as I don't want to now after what happened at the last visit. What happened with my child was very unprofessional. One thing they said was that they told me they were issues with my son's teeth at the last visit, to which they did not. They said everything was fine. If someone from the office would contact me that would be greatly appreciated so we can figure out a remedy for this.

Every time I go they make me feel like family, my daughter had bracers many years ago and now my son as well. I recommend Dr.Baptiste to everyone

I spent 4 years here doing clear correct and braces. Each and every single appointment was ran smoothly and orderly. Everyone in the office is so sweet and caring. From the front desk to the assistants to Dr.Tran and Dr.Baptiste. Ms. Jonette was very sweet and nice. She made the process of getting my braces off a breeze! I 10/10 recommend taking your child or yourself to Baptiste Ortho. They’re the best in the business.

My disdain is coming now since I have insurance. I was instructed if I ever get insurance to call and update them and they would bill insurance forward or lower my payments. Comes now, they are being nonchalant about the process. I provided new insurance information at the end of May. It’s the end of June and it’s like I did not give anything. They verified the insurance and they claimed that they submitted a claim, but the insurance said they NEVER received it. They are trying to convince me it takes 30 days, but I just went for a cleaning and they already have that. I called back to tell them and the girl said, “well you have to still pay based on your contract anyway and it’s not like they pay the whole thing.” Wow. First of all, I don’t care if the insurance only pay $20 towards it that’s $20 less for me to pay. I know exactly what the insurance is to pay and I want to be reimbursed for what they pay. Why they are prolonging it is beyond me?? Smh. Update: Overall I DO NOT like the energy in this office from the front desk staff. Today I went and they were all snickering and laughing. I was late since in error I went to the incorrect location so maybe it was that but I offered to come another time. Or I guess it could be that I likely spoke to most of them regarding the issue with my insurance they all feel a way about me though I was given incorrect information. I spoke to the manager to clarify the issue and she said they had an issue with submitting claims electronically. So idk why they were snickering cause I don’t see what the joke is. The incompetency lies with them and not me. Seems if someone is calling complaining over and over someone would’ve investigated further early on. I’m glad I don’t have to go often and I’m just ready for this to be over.

Great experience! Chantele is the best. She's kind, compassionate & ensures my experience is pain free. I appreciate her and the professionalism of the staff at the Colonial location. Good job!
