6 months after Dr Austin finished sinus lift / implant of the tooth on the left for my mother, the implant passed the stability test. She got the crown. Now she is due for doing implant for the broken tooth on the right. The initial X-ray didn't show the inflammation, so the plan is to do extraction / sinus lift / implant in 1 operation. But just before the procedure, Dr Austin found the inflammation and adjust to only extract the tooth, clean up the infected tissue and insert bone graft. Since the change is unexpected, Dr. Austin waived all charges for this operation. My mother will come back next Feb for the sinus lift / implant after the inflammation is gone and bone is healed. And same as last time, since we are paying out of pocket, Dr. Austin also gives us 50% discount. We are very happy with the results and I can see Dr Austin is always making decision in the best interest of the patient. I strongly recommend Dr. Austin.

I've been 100% pleased with Dr. Trevor Allen. He is obviously very bright and knowledgeable as well as has a friendly way about him. I'm happy he puts me to sleep before doing his work in my mouth...it makes the time go quickly, smoothly and pain free. His staff is also very professional, thorough and efficient....I highly recommend them all!
