The Staff there were all so naturally pleasant! Although it was very busy at that time, they all flowed like water with the way they worked so well together! They were so on point and aware of everything they facilitated and the best part was... we never felt anything other than absolutely WONDERFUL care and beautiful personalities!💯 It was such a pleasure finally meeting Dr.Sky Jones! She is such a very nice lady, a down to earth person and is VERY skilled and professional. Dr. Sky Jones interacted in conversation like your friend you have known since you were young. I am definitely going to continue going there for other dental care we spoke about!

Edit: Unfortunately, I had to remove some stars after the second experience I had there. During my first exam (listed below), I passively mentioned that I had some cold sensitivity in a tooth. Then the hygienist and Dr. Sky started to say they saw "something there that wasn't a cavity", and Dr. Sky insisted that I come back the following week to get my filling redone in that area. I returned, paid $300 for the visit (since my insurance wouldn't cover this cost yet). It took her three tries with a long needle to get me numb in that area, and I could still feel every thing she did. I am no wuss for sure, but I was groaning in agony as I grasped the arm chairs' handles. Afterwards, I was having BOTH cold and hot sensitivity and severe pain in that part of the mouth every time I chewed. She had actually drilled so laterally that I now had a GAP between that tooth and the one next to it, so now food was getting stuck in between and irritating my gums. I called the office a week after the procedure with worsening symptoms, and they told me to come in and "get another tooth done the same day". I told the receptionist that I would rather not since I'm still having intense issues from the previous procedure. I called another dentist who informed me that these symptoms could persist after a filling for two weeks. Alright. But three whole weeks after this filling, I couldn't even chew on that side of my mouth anymore without being in tears. This wasn't happening before, and I felt embarrassed that this "preventative procedure" was now something that was affecting my quality of life so much. Afterwards, I went back to another dentist who properly numbed me (by injecting different parts of the gums this time) and informed me that Dr. Sky went too deep and lateral for that other procedure. He took his time to help me, and now I am grateful that I am back to normal. That is, until I saw another bill sent to me requesting another $120 for that procedure Dr. Sky did on me. I can't pay this amount, especially after the torture I've been put through. But alas, we've all done this dance with dentists. At the very least, I gave two stars since the staff and Dr. Sky are nice and kind people. I really like them as people, but I'm unsure if this whole ordeal was a blunder or a money grab. Nevertheless, it took away almost two months of me being able to enjoy with family/friends. At this point, I just wish we could get this extra bill handled. First visit review: I had a great experience. This was the first dentist to ever give a proper facial physical exam. She checked my masseter muscles for tightness and lymph nodes (checking for infection or signs of cancer). She also knew my entire dental history just looking at my mouth. The dentist and the dental hygienist did a great job at taking their time and listening. And this was just for a cleaning! Thank you for caring for me as a patient.

Dr Skye Jones and her wonderful staff are simply the best. Hometown goodness with old school humor and kindness. Why would you go anywhere else? I won’t!

They are very kind and helpful and great with the kids. We appreciate their attention to their dental health and the activities they provide while siblings wait for each other.
