My son’s consultation/first visit was at 10:30 AM. I arrived at 10:28 AM and walked into the facilities at 10:32 AM. I signed in and waited. Two other families were also waiting. My son was a little cranky so, we walked out a few times to calm him down. Still no updates. Three other families arrived and we continued to wait. Only additional contact I had was a request for the insurance card and to complete the paperwork. I already completed the paperwork and provided the insurance card. After an hour from the appointment, I inquired about the wait time with the receptionist/designee at the front desk. She stated “she apologize for the wait and would check on how long it would be.” I am still waiting on a response. I walked out of the facilities at 12:15 pm, as the other three families that arrived after me, were no longer in the lobby area. I received a call at 12:28 PM from the practice and return the call at 12:30 pm. The lady was nice and asked “if I would consider to give them another opportunity or to reschedule?” I responded that “due to the lack of communication, customer service and the wait time - to discard all paperwork and that I would take my business somewhere else.” The sad thing is that this facility was recommended to me by someone who spoke highly of them. Perhaps the services are stellar but for me, it’s a hard “no” due to the experience today.

I love her. Today was my first time meeting her. I’m glad my daughter pediatric clinic direct me to her. She is so excellent. My 2 year old daughter enjoy her as well. She end up singing the dentist song. Dr. Gordon is patient , honest, and passionate

Worked at this office in the past. The dentist can be very difficult to get along with.

Very unprofessional customer service the recesipionist honestly need to adjust her Attitude, we will not ever schedule there again, RESPECT will take you a long way. I prefer to take my business somewhere else..

This Was by far the most amazing pediatric Dentist. The staff and nurses are kind and sweet and the dentist is just wonderful with kids. I look forward to seeing this wonderful Office again.
