They were absolutely great. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental procedures and today they used nitrous oxide and a loval anesthetic prior to pulling 2 teeth. They got me relaxed easily and I didn’t feel a thing. Today earned them a new patient

They were so kind and comforting. I was so nervous when I first went in. But at every step they asked me how I was doing. If what they did was ok. Also they broke everything down for me! Making sure I knew what was covered by my insurance and what my bill would be. I really appreciate the way they do business. And my teeth are so much better now. So not only are they kind the also are excellent at what they do.

My experience with the hygienist was very pleasant, but when the dentist came in he was very cold and. I do not want him to examine my mouth again. His bedside manner was not acceptable to me. He instructed me to not to move my head in a rude tone while he was examining my mouth. There is a proper way to say anything. When I am paying for a service I expect to be treated nicely.

The people that I met are very nice, and professional. My dentist Dr. Eisberg was very thorough and explained to me the things that I needed to have done to fix the problems that I have with my teeth. Dr Eisberg pulled one of my teeth and I felt nothing he was very gentle he even gave me a little breather when taking out my tooth. Very good job!! ?.

Today my appointment was at 9am but was called at 9:25. This is not the first time either. The front desk keep saying “we are just waiting for the doctor”. If we are late 15 minutes we get rescheduled but it is ok for them to be late. Not professional at all. My sister said they called her in late too, so this is not a one time thing. I’m sorry but if I get called late in my next appointment I will find another office.
