I loved every minute of my experience. Everyone was very professional and willing to please. I give a “5” to customer service! The feeling of the place was warm and genuine in its patient services, from the Dr. to the front line staff. Thank you for a wonderful visit given the situation is customarily not so pleasant! A special shout out to Milly who did a wonderful job both technically and in her interpersonal skills! Kudos! Thanks to all for a wonderful experience in what is usually not so great!

Hygienist are top notch!!!! Paula and (I can’t remember her name and I apologize to the hilt) were unreal. Faculty is so clean and welcoming and front desk staff are very empathetic to needs. I highly recommend this for anyone in need of dental care.

Carlos and his assistant were very friendly and professional! Carlos was very meticulous and gentle and unhurried! Of course, who wouldn’t love Dr Joseph Ata? Witty, developes good rapport with patient immediately and knows his craft!

Today was my first visit and let me just say this place is fantastic!! From the moment I walk in, the staff was extremely sweet and welcoming. Dr. Santiago and her assistant were great, very pleasant in reviewing my x-rays. They set me up for my treatment plan that I knew, I needed. I have been postponing it for the longest but I'm glad i finally found Ata Dental. BIG THANKS to the Hygienist Carlos and Luz who were very professional and very accommodating me for my next appointment.

My first visit was excellent! I met the Dr, dental assistants, and hygienist. They explain every step and process in a way for me to understand. The cleaning was excellent, and the hygienist provided teaching for home care :) My insurance, Humana, was accepted

From the moment I walked into a Ata dental design it was an Experience like no other. The office is warm and inviting, very clean and beautifully decorated And not to mention very spacious as well. The staff from the receptionist desk, dental assistants, the dentist, the dental hygienist, and everyone else is super nice, very professional, friendly, comforting, attentive, and compassionate.I honestly felt like I was the only one that was there because they make you feel like you are that important.🥰 I joked to the staff that I feel like I was at the spa,That’s how comfortable I was before, during and after my appointment. all of the exam chairs have the ability to give you a massage as well as they are heated they even offer you a blanket. They Except many insurance providers as well as having a dental membership plan for the patients that’s paying out-of-pocket, which is quite an amazing package. If I could recommend the world to only go to Ata dental design, I would, but I most definitely will recommend all my family and friends for the dental experience of a lifetime. Carlos was excellent. He was very personal. I was blown away by the fact that he remembered every single conversation we had 7 months ago. He treated me like family. He was also very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Carlos. Thanks also to the entire team. Everyone was very kind and efficient.

I really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I was seen promptly and didn’t have to wait at all. Everything about my budget was clearly explained, and I felt confident that I was being advised honestly on what needed to be done. My next appointment is already scheduled!
