Associated Orthodontists - Joliet

We had an excellent experience with Associated five plus years ago for my first two kids and excited for the improved smile we will soon see with our youngest. From ease of setting up appointments, checking in and great doctors and office staff they have it all!

I love this place. Always welcoming and friendly staff. When making appointments for multiple children, they try to do their best on getting them together to make less trips for us.

My son Jaxon just had his first appointment there today and I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the office, the friendly and knowledgeable staff, and that my appointment was on time.

It is totally unacceptable for a business whose clients are mostly in school to keep banker's hours. My kids have missed a lot of school get into regular appointments. When I try to squeeze them in at the end of the "work day" I get phone calls from a clearly irritated receptionist if they're even a few minutes late. They need evening and weekend hours. I'll be glad when their braces are removed and I am done dealing with this place.
