If you need any dental work or services, FLY TO ASPEN DENTAL. Their motto is to treat every patient like their own mother, and that they did! I took my grandmother this morning to an emergency visit. I called last night and they fit us in immediately to their booking. They treated her like a queen, were very kind, gentle, and understanding. We felt like home. Such a clean, professional, educated, and fun environment to be in. Our whole family will definitely be receiving all of our dental care here. I’ve never received better treatment than here. They made my grandmother feel so reassured and her comfort was their goal. Their treatment and scheduling so easy, it feels automatic. 10/10 SERVICE! Thank you aspen dental, y’all are miracle workers. ??????

This was my first time to Aspen Dental in Worcester. The staff were super friendly and extremely accommodating! Usually an intake appointment follows the normal flow of X-rays/images however upon request I was able to see the hygienist for a cleaning during the same appointment which I was super happy about!

Dr Tucker did not follow protocol in giving me a mirror to view the dentures they made. ASSUMING they did a good job, I had all my teeth extracted!! I later realized that the dentures were not centered, nor aligned and they looked like baby teeth!!!! They refuse to stand by their logo of guaranteeing their work! They would only return $3k if I returned the evidence / dentures! They would not refund the $15,000+ that I was FORCED to put out PRIOR to the extractions and which I was not told to me. The job did not get finished! This is MEDICAL MALPRACTICE AND EXTORTION!!!! They also lost in a class action suit, which I found out later. Too bad there aren't 0 ratings!

My first visit to Aspen dental was better than expected. I went in for a cracked tooth without insurance and the worked with me to be able to get my tooth fixed and be able to afford the payment plan. It was fast and painless

Very thorough and Raven at the front desk helped me with everything and anything! She even called another place they were referring me to and took the time to wait to make sure they took my insurance! All together great experience! Fast, friendly, and they go the extra mile!
