I'm very conflicted about this....the staff, especially Dr. Claussen were nice....but here's the reason for my bad review... I went to pick up my dentures when they were ready, I figured my insurance covered everything...nope..they tell I have to pay $700 before I can get them ... I'm a little confused, so I question why?? I had $2500...worth of insurance coverage, should have been more than enough. Well apparently when I went in for the previous appointment to do a fitting and choose the shade I wanted, I was asked to sign a paper to authorize them to be made. That was a lie....it was a paper to have the "top" quality dentures made, which was not explained at all, nor was I told about the extra $700..... To me that's some shady business practice happening, and I've heard from others that it's a normal practice with Aspen. Shame on you for allowing that to happen....be honest with people. And yes shame on me too for not reading exactly what I was signing, but I trusted that I was just signing the authorization to make them, because that's what I was told. Now I have to pay 35.99% interest because I didn't have $700 to pay. So long story short, always read before signing.
I’ve been going to Aspen dental let’s see back in 2009. I wouldn’t change for anything everybody in there is so pleasant. I just love going to the dentist. I’m sure you don’t hear that too much. Everybody is so kind so generous I can’t talk enough about that place, they work with you. They’ll accommodate you if they can the girls in the front office don’t ever replace them. They’re great everybody outback they’re awesome as well. I have never had a problem going there. They explain everything to you. They walk everything through. I just can’t say enough I love them all there .
I've been a customer for years. Went in for my routine cleaning appt (which I had purposefully scheduled close to when my insurance will be ending, and for which I had to take off of work). Upon arriving they told me that my appointment had been canceled because the hygienist whom they assigned to me had left the practice. This happened 2 months ago and I was never called or otherwise informed. They said they wouldn't be able to reschedule me until next June - 10 months away. Additionally, they previously charged me for a service that I did not receive.
Tom was great! Told me how my gums and teeth are doing and was fast and efficient! I love the team here and been going here for a long time. Honest and friendly.
I had oral surgery today with Dr. Tucker and his team. I was very nervous to go under anesthesia. I was quickly put to ease by the women prepping me before the surgeon came into the room and then again by Dr. Tucker. I feel like all of my questions were answered and I feel great even just a few hours out of having two teeth pulled. Thank you!
The staff was incredibly nice and professional. I explained my intense fear of dentists and was met with kindness and understanding. They were more than supportive and respectful. Explained everything in great detail and talked me through the next steps. I will definitely be continuing to go there for all my dental needs (which is crazy because I used to be so scared of dentist offices!)
Tried twice to have an appointment and have a crown done. Had my prior dentist send over X-rays. The first appointment, I was told the X-rays were not of a quality to do the exam. I found out this was because they told my previous dentist to fax the X-rays and that was the only way they would take them. After my first appointment, I talked to my previous dentist and they agreed to send over my X-rays in a better format which my prior dentist had wanted to do the first time. Today I went in for my second exam and Aspen Dental said they needed X-rays again. I told them that I wanted an exam to prepare for the crown procedure. I was told that I am not a good fit for their services. So, I would say that is a bad experience!
It was horrible. A total waste of time. I do not recommend Aspen to anyone. I didn't even get to see a dentist. I waited months for this appt for a cleaning. I went to a diffenent dentist and whatever i was told at Aspen was untrue about my teeth and gums.DO NOT USE THEM--0 is my rating. I'd go lower if I could
