Patient experiences at Aspen Dental in Rapid City vary significantly. One patient reported a highly positive experience, praising the entire staff for their genuine care and attentiveness to patient problems. They highlighted the practice's efficiency, noting that their husband was treated and resolved his dental issues within two simple appointments in less than 10 days. This patient expressed a strong likelihood of returning and recommending the practice to others.
However, another patient reported a negative experience related to scheduling. They described difficulties in setting up a first-time appointment, with multiple rescheduling requests and a lack of clear explanation for the changes. This patient found the experience "ridiculous" and decided to seek dental care elsewhere, strongly advising against visiting the practice.
These contrasting reviews indicate a wide range of patient experiences. Potential patients should consider these differing accounts, particularly regarding scheduling reliability, when making decisions about their dental care. It is recommended to contact the office directly with any concerns and to conduct further research before proceeding with treatment.
Due to the mixed reviews, especially regarding scheduling issues, potential patients are advised to exercise caution and seek additional information before choosing this dental practice.

The staff were wonderful . But I could tell they were struggling with staffing issues and they were all trying to make the best of it. They were having to make calls to reschedule people that week and people were upset because it wasn’t the first time they had been rescheduled due to this issue. It took me 2 hours of waiting to see the dentist regarding a sensitive tooth. When I did finally see him I was the last patient of the day and I could tell the dentist was exhausted. The wonderful receptionist told me as I was leaving that they were supposed to be getting more staff soon. I think corporate would benefit from taking a closer look into how they can improve the staffing and scheduling issues. These issues are not the staff’s fault, and if not addressed Aspen Dental will begin losing staff to burn out and customers due to lack of respect of time and attention.
Nov 20, 2024 · Lauren SteeleThe first time I went to Aspen dental. I had quite an expensive bad visit this last time I went. Everybody was wonderful to me. They were just everybody looks great in my doctors cool and the girl that does the financing is a really cool girl she got my ass insurance approved right on the spot and I get everything done for free. That’s my favorite if it’s free it’s for me.
