Aspen Dental - Plymouth, MA

I recently visited this dental facility and had an outstanding experience from check-in to check-out. The staff is incredibly welcoming, which really helped ease my anxiety about visiting the dentist. The X-ray technician was efficient and made the process feel effortless. The hygienist conducted the exam thoroughly and explained everything in detail, which I greatly appreciated. Finally, the doctor was wonderful—she examined my teeth and outlined a perfect treatment plan tailored to my needs. If you’re looking for a fabulous dental practice, this is the place to go!

Staff was friendly. Think their response to what i asked regards a detail plan 4 my dental needs could have been better. The technology they used to determine the standing of the teeth in my mouth was very impressive

SCAM!! I scheduled a routine cleaning but when I got there they took a dozen + X-rays then wanted to do an oral cancer screening, measurement gums, etc. I was then told that they don’t do “cleanings” they need to do all of the exams so that they can decide what type of treatment I need Like NO!!! Would definitely give this less than 1 star if I could. How does a dentist not give a routine cleaning yet that’s what was scheduled!

My visits at the Plymouth office have always been good . I was in yesterday- I had bottom denture implant done and completed in August - I knew something didn’t feel right after about 6 weeks so I called they took me right in and the implant screw is being rejected so they removed the screw and stitched me up and after heal they will redo it . They were so understanding and thoughtful . It was a lot of money and was nervous about payments but they reassured me there would be no change that sometimes it happens it’s no one’s fault . I couldn’t have asked for better treatment yesterday!! I just hope the next screw works .

It was great. It have no dental insurance. They got me in for a check up and took extensive x-rays and it only cost me $29. I will be back next month when my insurance goes through. They were very professional and made me feel very comfortable!
