Aspen Dental - Orlando, FL

I have been coming here for a year and was in so much pain, the Dr was rude Dr. Roz Aghaliandastjeedi. She stated I can go somewhere else. Mind you I had to wait an hour because they were not able to pull up my insurance, yet they accept my insurance and they said it was active. Go somewhere else that's worth your insurance payments. Somewhere that understand too pain.

I had a very poor experience at this office. First, they sent my claims to the wrong address, so my insurance company never received the bill. Then they tried to balance bill me rather than look up where to submit claims. The bill was $809 for standard xrays, an exam, and a small resin filling which is unbelievable! Then, when I went to the office for my scheduled cleaning and they denied me service because they said that I had an "open balance." Next, they stated that I needed several root canals, crowns and fillings and that I might need a gum treatment. My total after insurance payments would have been over $5,800! This was insane. So, after all of this I decided to have a consultation with Dr. An at Healthy Smile Dentistry. Dr. An is a holistic dentist who gave me an honest assessment. He stated that I needed 1 crown and 1 small filling and my cost would only be roughly $650 after insurance. Aspen dental quoted me stuff that was not necessary and this would have destroyed the natural structure of several of my teeth while pumping me full of chemicals. This is a scam! Avoid this office! They are unprofessional and they are just trying to increase their sales while ruining your teeth!

I broke my tooth and called for an emergency appointment the next day. They fit me in and did an excellent job fixing my tooth. Also, they gave me a discount that really made me happy. Lastly, they were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dentist group.

Excellent Service initially by Ms. Alonda, the lady who attended to me (name unknown), and definitely the surgeon, who put my mind at ease. I left feeling so much better. Will be returning on the 15th with great confidence. Thank you, Aspen Dental.

I love this dental. Aspen dental is the best dental ever. They helped me a lot when I was in pain with my tooth. And if you don't have insurance NO WORRIES. Your first visit is free and they help you with a payment plan and NO MONEY OUT OF POCKET until after 30 days. All the staff are very friendly.

My time is just as important as the oral surgeon. Wasn't notified he was running two hours behind. Had to ask after an hour sitting there when I would be seen, and then I was told he was two hours behind. Because of time restrictions due to work, I was unable to wait yet another hour. Took the whole morning off without pay to be there. Will not go back...poor communicators!!!

You deserved ZERO star !!! Worst dental work ever !!! I scheduled for my husband at 9:45 am for new patient cleaning. We have been waited until 11:30 am…and they done nothing only x-ray…Almost 2 hrs !!!!! I asked what are we waiting for…She told us that waiting for doctor go through verify insurance and waiting for treatment plan..She also told us that they are not going to do cleaning if she doesn’t get treatment plan… I do understand for the new patient process that will take longer than usual BUT leave us waited for almost 2 hrs and done nothing only X-ray…this is unacceptable!!!! We are not returning !!

The Greeting for the office said the office was closed. That message was for Thursday not Friday it should’ve been updated, I had to call the Emergency number to speak with someone. Finally the lady that I spoke with didn’t understand or listen to me while I was speaking to her, continuous interruptions. The other4 Ladies there were EXCELLENT!!! Doc even hummed tunes during the extraction! ;))
